|I am trying to help people with their family history. |
I will continue to list a new memorial so people can find it when the first and last names are totally different than Green Hills shows.
To the wonderful, nice people on findagrave, I will gladly add dates, relationships, plot and grave, etc., just let me know.
If you want a transfer, please include your findagrave contributor number and the relationship (she's my aunt, neighbor, friend. For the last 2, indicate how long you've known them.)
If I'm not related, or you're a closer relative or I have known them a shorter time, I will transfer.
I'm in the process of adding a source to the Fredericksburg National Cemetery monuments. Until I finish, it's listed in the book Civil War Burials Fredericksburg Virginia, compiled and edited by Maude E. Mercer Sellman 1979.
I walked Green Hills for exercise, sometimes forgot the broom to sweep the stones. If you need a better picture, request a photo from a volunteer.
I don't use my real name cuz of a toxic couple on findagrave! I believe they are inactive now!
Happy ancestor hunting!

Hello, the photos on Henry Higg's memorial are maxed out and I'd like to add a photo of him at the prime of his life. There are 4 or 5 shots of the same name plaque for his vault. Do you mind removing the one that's on his memorial? There are others that are better of the same shot. Thank you for your consideration. Rhonda Hansch #47587888.
I also have the same request for his wife's memorial # 64475911. The other photos that are similar are much more in focus. Again, thank you.

Hi! Would you plz delete the picture of my Grandfathers headstone you left on my page. I have one there already and dont need two pictures. Thank you. Please do not duplicate any of my relatives headstones. I appreciate the work you do, but I have my own photos on my pages. If I find any more doubles I shall let you know and ask that you delete yours.

While adding Cloyd and Gertrude Railsback's memorials to the Oberllin Cemetery, I am wondering if you might be related to Cloyd Railback.
My late husband was related to Gertrude, Cloyd's wife. I know she spoke about several of the nieces/nephews, but we were not acquaited with
any of them.
I would be interested in hearing from you.

You have placed two photos of his crypt on his memorial. There are now 5 photos (max) and I would like to add a portrait photo without sponsoring it. Would you please remove one of the crypt photos? The manager of this memorial has had his account disabled or I would ask him to remove the one that appears to be unrelated to this memorial (a view overlooking the cemetery).
Please let me know if you are willing to do this, and if so, let me know when you have done it so I can add the portrait photo.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Hello - thank you for recording this grave for my great uncle John Sharp. He was from Pittsburgh area in Pennsylvania, and died at the Battle of Spotsylvania VA May 12, 1964. I was delighted to get photos by David Craig today and now I want to add more info on John. My # is 47099991 if you care to transfer, or if not I can add the info via that feature on the memorial page.
Just as an FYI to those searching, Findagrave memorial # 70593905 is incorrect in the parent links for Moses Lambeth. The Moses who married Tabitha Loftin was not a son of Aaron and Flobella. There were a couple of different Lambeth lines in North Carolina at the same time and Moses' Uncle Aaron was never married and had no children. He moved to Jamaica after the Revolutionary War.
Oh, I see that you are a volunteer. I am doing some family research on the Kelms. I would really love a photo of Wilhelmina Braun's headstone/grave marker. She is my 2X great grandmother and I am writing a family history book. She is 135601132
Thanks so much! Can you upload a photo to:
Thanks so much!

Are you related to Martha Kelm Krause 1900 - 1989?
I am a relative and I wonder how you are connected.
Do you know her parents names??? They are Gustav Kelm and Mathilda Braun Kelm. 136624425 and 136624426.
I would love to hear from you to see about the connection.
