Bio Photo My name is Glenn and I am 69 years old and had open heart surgery 9 years ago. I don't mind taking photos of grave markers in the area. I have been working on my ancestry for the last 7 years and I love to find old records. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Good luck and if I can help, I will.
Kathy and I are volunteers of the Ozaukee county Historical Society and we are doing this work for them. If you have any questions about ancestry please contact the historical society at 262-377-4510. They are open every Tuesday from 9AM to 3 PM.

If you are going to E-mail me put Find a Grave in the subject line. Thanks

RE: Woodhull

I will look for it and get back to you. The Johnsburg cemetery should be in pretty good shape. I sent out some other duplicates to other contributors. This morning Find A Grave said the cemetery is 95% photographed now. There are about 60 missing stones or have iron crosses, these will be tough or impossible.

Find A Grave
Hi Glenn and Kathy,
You have done such a good job taking pictures and doumenting the graves.
I think I may have messed up by accidently putting in graves twice for Frank Nicholas Peiffer #100059130.
The children listed on the site are his and Cecilia's children. For some reason they are also listed as his siblings which is totaly wrong. I am sorry if I am the one that made the error (I am hoping it was someone else).

Find a Grave
I noticed that the large tombstone labeled "Bostwick" is shown for Barnum W Bostwick (1875-1877). There is an actual stone for Barnum located to the right of the Allon and Mary Cady tombstone, which is right in front of the Bostwick tombstone shown. The Cady tombstone is fairly large and gray in color. Barnum's mother Louisa Evelyn is to the immediate left of the Cady's and his grandmother, Harriet Francis neeGilmore Blake, is to the left of Louisa's.

Hope this is helpful.

Duplicate memorials at Resurrection
In the course of fulfilling some photo requests at Resurrection Cemetery in Mequon, I ran across what appear to be duplicate memorials:
1a) Madeline Dehling - memorial # 112845559
1b) Madeline Luedtke - memorial # 131366292
2a) Susan L. Birschbach - memorial # 101205323
2b) Susan Lynn Birschbach - memorial # 129121933
Just wanted to give you a heads up on this. Thanks! ~ Mary

John A. Bowers
Wisconsin Memorial offices have searched all their records, and do not have anything for John A. Bowers. Thank you for your patience. Blessings, Gayle

findagrave-Allan Slater
You incorrectlty listed my brother (Allans' son as Fred (Theresa) Schwartz Slater. Please correct to: Ted(Theresa Schwartz)Slater.
Also, my mothers' date of birth is listed on her gravestone,so it is not unknown, it is: December 2, 1924. Thank you for your time.

Find a grave duplicate
I have just discovered that there is a duplicate memorial on find a grave with conflicting information, and since you volunteer at the historical society, hoping you can clarify. The duplicate person is Jean Joseph Kloety. Your memorial number is 88677006.
I have also found memorial #31807644.
Both are listed as being buried in Grafton WI, but with conflicting cemeteries. Your memorial states he is buried in St Joseph Catholic cemetery, and the other is listed as St Paul Lutheran Cemetery.
Hoping to clarify which memorial is right and/or merge them.
Thanks in advance.
