Bio and Links
Bio Photo As we reflect on those who had their part in bringing us to where we are today; might a memorial include the LIFE it was intended to portray? Find-A-Grave avails some wonderful tools to accomplish memorials that call to honor, and to reminisce;....There are those who may indeed have led a life of solitaire;...Yet even they had a beginning as well as an end to their days. The life is gone but the memorial lives on...Each with a story to tell...Could we but tell it..
If you have additional contributions to any of these contributions, Please share them that piece by piece their stories might unfold; And if you are a Find A Grave contributor please advantage suggested edits & links - as these are a part of the beauty behind Find A Grave. Thank you everyone!

"I dreamed death came to me one night & heavens gates flew open wide.
With kindly grace St. Peter came & ushered me inside.
There to my astonishment were friends I'd known on earth, some I had labeled as unfit & some of little worth. Indignant words flew to my lips, words I could not set free, for every face showed stunned surprise -
No one expected me"
(James G. Patterson - St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada)

You should delete this as there is another one # 47527040 that was posted previously in 2010. Thanks.

The Kennedy's of Sand Hill & Detroit
Would you be willing to transfer the Kennedy family to me so I can add biographies to everyone and link children & grandchildren?

127716518, 127716579, 127716520, 127716515, 127716517.

I've already begun requesting edits, additions and sending more info for biographies.

Thanks in advance.

RE: Joseph Coatsworth
Yes, Family Search shows all the same info. I posted the same question there. Maybe someone will have some insignt. I'll check on Ancestry too and see if I can find anything there. Thank you for responding so quickly to my question.

Joseph Coatsworth
You show Joseph as having two wives. The first being Esther Iler and the second Sarah Wigle. I found a death certificate for a Joseph Coatsworth listing wife Sarah Wigle showing Joseph's death date as 07 Feb 1923 but the death date you have listed for him is 8 July 1891. I don't find a death certificate for the 1891 date. Can you confirm his death date or are two Joseph Coatsworth's being combined here?

Thank you for all your work here on Find-A-Grave

Johnston Kennedy

I wanted to thank you for doing the edits I requested so quickly! I will have a few more for his children over the next few days.

On Johnston Sr.'s memorial can you delete his parents? He and his wife Ann are accidently listed as his own parents.

Thanks, Lisa

Van Buren-Providence Cem
So very kind of you to enter memorials for family of Borthwick K. Van Buren and his wife Violet.

This Van Buren line eluded myself and 2nd cousin for many years; only rumors to support their trek north into Canada; originally from Saratoga Co NY, into Toledo, Lucas Co Ohio.
Sadly 2nd cuz passed on, prior to so many microfilm records being available online to us all.
Best part is, she, high above, has all the answers and is guiding my thoughts to bring our family back together thru FindAGrave.

Thank you,

Sarah (Loucks) DeWitt grave
Hello. I am very interested in your post on Sarah/Sally (Loucks) DeWitt, wife of John DeWitt. Do you know if any marker remains at her or her husband's grave? How is it known that she is buried in that cemetery? John and Sarah are my direct ancestors. Please note that Sarah was still alive in the 1870 census. John died 24 May 1871. Will be happy to share what I know about this family if you are interested.

Hi 4-ever Nanny. Thank you for setting up my Grandmother, Frances Osland's memorial. I was hoping that you wouldn't mind transferring the management of it over to me so I may edit it. Thank you so much, Deborah

Kingsville cemetery
Please note Pearl Street cemetery is listed on Find a Grave as Kingsville Cemetery (Old)
Essex County
Ontario, Canada
It was started in 2009 and at that time it was amalgamated with another Pearl St.
