"Stories must be told or they will die, and when they die we can't remember who we are or why we are here". (Don't know who said this but I like it.)|
I just started researching my family tree on Ancestry.com and this site has been very helpful too. Ancestor Surnames are Paylor, Pine, Hicks, Sexton, Horton, Bryan, Schroyer, Richards, Stein, Caudill, Perry & Slone. If you would like a transfer or find a mistake just let me know but please do it thru the edit button so I know who you are talking about. "A BIG THANK YOU" in advance for any additions or corrections.

Thanks for all the great work you have done.
Would you please transfer the record for Elizabeth "Bessie" McGaffey Robertson to me if possible. She was my grandmothers sister (Anna Marie Mc Gaffey.)

Did you call the girls at District? They are very helpful.
I had a quick question about the Fordham's in Woodlawn Cemetery in Norwalk. Charles Fordham (142792084) and Julia (14279224) are on the same headstone and Mary Fordham (142792073) is on a seperate stone. In the memorials, Mary is listed as Charles' wife and Julia as his daughter. I didn't know if the burial arrangement was different or if I was not seeing things right. I'm always looking to better understand tradition and I just thought I would ask.
