You're right. I googled to see what some of the guys looked like in their old age and it makes me feel very old. I had read an article on Don Mincher just a few months back so it was ironic that he left us. Spring training is always a great time of year. Hope things are well with you. Talk to ya soon.

Never heard about Jim. Thanks for letting me know. The 1968 WS was the first I ever watched. I remember it quite well too. I was 11 at the time. They are dropping quite frequently aren't they? I guess we are not getting any younger. | |

Hi Gary. I remember that WS so well. I have a complete Topps set from that year and am currently working on the O Pee Chee set from that year. VERY TOUGH. I need one card to complete it.(#714 Dick Williams) I have about $5000.00 into the set. The Topps set had green backs and the OPC yellow. The high numbers(523-752) are almost impossible to find in OPC. Do you have quite a collection? Ciao.
