Started genealogy when assisting my son with a Boy Scout Merit Badge about 15 years ago. Cried when I found my grandparents and Uncle Bobby's headstones on here. (Bobby died when he was three.) Michelle
Please feel free to use pictures and information that I post for genealogical purposes only and please give credit. When I fulfill photo requests, I try to get everyone in the same plot and provide extra information to the family. It helps me and I hope that it helps others. Right now, I'm working on Oak Grove in Americus, Sumter County, Georgia and hope to branch out to other area cemeteries in the future.
Also, I am happy to transfer relatives to family members who will care for them even if you are not close relatives. Obviously, the closer relative has the right to care for a memorial before a distant relative but the important thing is for a memorial to be taken care of, added to and for it to reflect the life that it memorializes.
Her family is Gatian, Boggs, Henry, Love and Jarvis(Morgantown WV area) and Rehanek, Cowell, Roberts and Hudec(sw PA area) and surrounding lines. His family is Andrews/Anders, Taylor, Hart, Tooke, McKinnis (GA) and Yon, Broom, Parrish, Pate (FL).
