Bio Photo Personally I have been photographing graveyards and doing family genealogy from a young age.... and have meet alot of people looking for thier family, so I shoot a little more each time I go to a cemetery in hopes that it helps someone out!
I have added to several graveyards in LaSalle County Illinois.and some others of family interest, mostly in and near the towns of North Utica, LaSalle, Peru, Oglesby (which does NOT have a graveyard but uses neighboring cemeteries) Mendota, SpringValley, DeerPark, Ottawa and still expanding when I can. I do a small section of about 100 graves each time I go.... trying to add the older graves I find 1st due to the fact some are slowly fadeing out and are unreadable.
Also some info was found in the cemetery books that Also can be accessed through the LaSalle Co. genealogy guild.

Also some of the graves will be marked as No stone those graves were recognized through cemetery records. Every once in awhile I will also include a obit with the grave site. Alot of these graves are also written in German & Polish with a few different dialects so if I have made a wrong translation please contact me as well as if you would like to add to a entry, or if they are a Close relative I would be happy to turn over to you! (NOTE: Do to recent family hardships I don't check here as often as I would like and therefore you may not get answered right away... IF I receive nasty messages I will not accept what you are requesting! So Please be civil this is a courtesy!) At any rate Please keep checking back for updates! I will try to fill requests when I can.... This is a HUGE process! Thank You and leave some flowers for your loved ones.... I like to know when I have helped someone connect! CHEERS! ***Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds***

John Henry Johnson
Thanks for all your hard work. I would never have found this information without you.

You posted a picture of John Henry Johnson; do you have any pictures of his family you could scan and e-mail?

I am connected to his brother Stephen Johnson's side of the family.

David McCampbell
Davidson McCampbell is not buried in Lowell Cemetery, LaSalle Co., IL. He is buried in Andersonville Cemetery, Andersonville, Sumter Co., GA. His memorial number is 9600438. The stone in Lowell Cemetery was placed there some years later by Robert Rowland of Streator, LaSalle Co., IL. I don't know his relationship with Davidson McCampbell, or why he placed the stone there. It is beside the broken stone of Davidson's brother, Henry Harrison McCampbell who died in 1863. As far as I know, Henry is buried there.

If you could transfer this memorial to me that would be great, as I would like to add more information and family connections to his memorial.
Thanks for your work,

Irving and Margaret Tomlins
Margaret Lee Hamilton Tomlins (#32761209) is my great aunt and Irving Tomlins (#32761168) is her husband. I would appreciate it if you could transfer them to me. Also, I am assuming that there is no headstone for either one of them. I that so? Thanks for the memorial, keep up the good work.

Arthur Chamberlin
Hello, I was wondering if you can tell or remember what's on the marker in the second photo for Arthur's memorial 92416353. It looks like "JUDD" is one of the words/names. Do you by chance recall anything about the rest of that second picture?

Thanks for your help.

"Would Elizabeth be his mother? Sometimes people remarry just want to ask before I connect! Thanks! Tracey"

Yes, that would be correct. Elizabeth is his mother. Thank you for checking.

Find A Grave Memorial# 68224493
Hello, I want to thank you for the work you are doing on Find A grave. I have been able to track many of my current research project on the Dimmick/Dimick families. I do have a question concerning Cynthia Jenks Dimmick. I believe that she was married to George Emerson Dimmick (Find A Grave Memorial# 68224476) however I have her maiden name as PRENTICE not Jenks. Can you provide any information?
Thanks again;
