I believe we're related...
Liz:

My name is Richard Michael Cole. My mother is Muriel Ardel Spragg, sister of Donald William "Bill" Spragg. I am first cousin to Reid A. Spragg. I began doing genealogy research a couple of years ago, and Reid's mom, June, has helped me fill in some holes from time to time. I was totally unaware of Reid's death (not even from my Aunt June) until I found him on findagrave.com. I was completely shocked! I didn't even know he had children and I had a niece. Was JoJo your mom? Can you tell me where you fit into the Spragg clan?

I would love to know more about you and your immediate family.

Sincerely,

Richard M. Cole, Major, USAF (Ret.)

P.S. The last time I saw Randy, Reid, and Susan was when I was about 9. We all met at Grandma Spragg's farm in Sedalia, Mo., and spent a week together. I'm afraid that I've lost touch with Rand and Susan, too.

If you could be so kind as to call MT Saint Mary's and get me the plot location I would be more than happy to get your marker picture. They will not give me locations anymore and there are too many burials at this cemetery. Please call (816) 241-7663. You can then email me at cmcclasky@kc.rr.com.

Thanks so much,
Carla McClasky

Hi Liz, do you have a source for the middle name you sent? I can't find anything on it. Thanks.

If you could so kindly call Mt Saint Mary's and get the burial location I can get the picture for you Phone: (816) 241-7663. Just email me back at cmcclasky@kc.rr.com. There are too many burial and requests there for me to do this alone.

Thanks

Hello Liz, How interesting. I really love things like this. I am glad you are preserving the pages of the cookbook. I'm curious to know which memorial you are referring to though. Were you wanting to post it to the memorial or e-mail it to me? Thanks for letting me know about this. Genealogist.
