RE: Henry Tank - 157518860 Oh my goodness, I have to confess I do not know where I got the Pioneer Cemetery. I have checked the sources I use and even his obituary says Medical Lake. Thank you very much for pointing out the mistake. I have deleted the memorial.
RE: Frances Mode I am sorry, I didn't think you knew how long I had been a member as you indicated that I was new and I was just trying to let you know that I wasn't. I do think I remember putting Mrs. Mode's picture on there but I was trying to help fulfill your request and as they were together on one ground marker I thought you might like to see that. I have since removed the picture and next week I will see if I can get the marker cleaned so you can read all of it and will post another picture. I never meant any harm but do what you must do. It was totally innocent and I have another 60 or so pictures to load onto Find a Grave but it doesn't matter to me whatever the decision is. Joy King
RE: Frances Mode My name is Joy King and I work at Mt. Sinai Baptist Church in Shelby, NC. Last week I took over 75 pictures of tombstones in our church cemetery and am currently trying to add them to Find a Grave. I am new to the church so I really don't know much about these families or the cemetery but I was trying to complete our church cemetery on Find a Grave. I have not copied anyone's pictures, I posted only photos that I took and apparently there was not a picture already posted because I was working only on those that were not already in Find a Grave. I am not new to this web site, actually been a member for over 6 years and have put many pictures on there as I work on my family genealogy. As I took Mrs. Mode's picture, I had to work to just get that much of her marker showing and have told our cemetery committee that this particular grave needs to be cleaned or you won't be able to read it in another year. She only has a ground marker and while Corbett had a picture under his name she did not as her name was apparently covered with grass when someone took his picture.
RE: John Ragland 84801405 I suspect it is in the back section that is on a small hill. I photographed most of that section around that time. It could take a while to look for that particular grave but if you want to add that information for someone else, that's fine. If I get a chance, I will try to look for it but it may be a while before I can get to it.
I'm happy to go to Lakeland Memorial to take a photo of this grave but the cemetery is too big to find a single grave without further details. The office is not helpful to Find A Grave volunteers but does seems to give information to family. If you could call them and find out which section she is buried in (they are all called "Garden of ....") then I may have a chance of locating any grave marker. Their telephone number is (863) 686-2125.
BTW, there is a photograph of her grave under her husband's memorial (#84801405). They may or may not have added her death date, many times it hasn't been updated after the spouse's death.
