I was born and raised in Clinton Co., Michigan but I have resided the past 25 years in Baldwin Co., Alabama.
I Love Genealogy. My paternal side is Tyler, Campbell and Chapman's from Canada to Michigan. My Maternal side is Thompson's, Warner's from England to Michigan. I have photographed 22 Cemeteries in Baldwin Co., Al and 1 in Clinton Co., MI so far. I love doing it to preserve the memorials from the years, vandalism and weather. I have received many thanks for all the enjoyable volunteer work I do. I want to thank all of you who have sent me many kind thanks for what I'm able to do for you and others.
Please use the Edit button on memorials to contact me and for transfer's. I'll need your membership number.

 | RE: Clarissa Harpending Coryell 64286712 Note on Clarisa Harpending: The information on Clarissa's mother does need verification. It is possible her mother was another woman, a first wife of the father whose name is not yet known to me instead of Mary Rebecca Sutphin. But all the genealogy files I have seen so far on-line say Mary Rebecca Sutphin was the mother. But she may have been to young to have children when Clarissa was born. So if you do add the previous information to her memorial, just add a note with a ? | | | Robert Awalt
 | RE: Clarissa Harpending Coryell 64286712 Yes, Clarissa Harpending's mother was Mary Rebecca Sutphin, daughter of Richard Sutphin and Ella Ann Mathews. Ella's parents were Amasa Mathews and Rebecca Kortgight. I descend from Amasa's parents.
I have not found a burial for Clarissa Harpending's mother yet although she probably died in Yates County, NY.

 | Re: Melinda Harcourt Marlene,
Just a quick note! I received your request & went ahead and did a little more research on Melinda. I found her Gladwin County Record Obituary. Found her father Charles Schroeder too! Though, don't see a Obituary for Vernon Harcourt or Luella (Campbell) Schroder in the GCR newspaper here.
If you happen to create memorials for Vernon & Luella. I might be able to do one for a John Harcourt who died in Prudenville back in 1914. Index here as: 4-2/1914 Column - 4 Page - 2. which was taken from the Prudenville News.
Thanks for contacting me!!! if you need anything else from Gladwin County/Record etc. please let me know... | | | Gary G Sellers
 | RE: Irving Lytle # 43533732 I went to Irving's grave and there is a planter next to his headstone, nothing for his wife. I can send you the picture I took if you would like it. | | | Shirley Reeve
 | Claude Campbell Hi Marlene,
One more thing... Claude's memorial has 2 images of the 50th anniversary article so you might want to delete one.

 | Campbells of Oak Hill Hi Marlene,
I deleted my Bessie memorial, but Claud's is still in your name so I can't delete his. You can, however, so go ahead and do that. Also, I transferred Susie Campbell to you so you probably should transfer that to Yvonne so she has all 4 of them.

 | RE: Claud Campbell Hi Marlene,
OK, here's what I've done... I transferred Susie to you. Now, you have my original Claud, Bessie and Susie and Yvonne has her original Claude, Bessie and Earl. You two can decide which to keep, which to delete and who's going to maintain them. The 4 Campbells must be related 'cause they're all in the same plot. If you want to move any of the photos, you can do it even though I posted them. Click on the photo first to enlarge it, then right-click and "save picture as", then you can post the saved photo wherever you'd like. Don't save the photo that's on the memorial page because it's too small -- enlarge it first (been there, done that.) I have the 'burial book' for most of Oak Hlll's interments so if you need further info, please let me know.

 | RE: Claud Campbell Hi Marlene,
Do you know a Yvonne Zimmerman? She created memorials for Claude and Bessie (duplicates of the ones I did) as well as for Earl and Susie Campbell who are buried in the same plot (17/163). So far, I have not put the photos on her memorials but I could do that. You may wish to contact her as she may be related to you. Let me know what, if anything, I should do with the photos. There are 22 Campbells in the new sections of Oak Hill -- those are the sections I have been working on.

 | Claud Campbell Hi Marlene,
I transferred Claud -- would you like Bessie as well?

 | RE: Cornelia Hurley Marlene, I did find them in a 1850 and 1860 census of Choctaw, AL. Could not find her parents death records. By 1870 Cornelia was married to Hurley and David and Mary's younger children were living with Cornelia in Baldwin, AL Will you please add Ann (her middle name) to her memorial? I belive Cornelia was born in Choctaw, Al and died in Biloxi, MS. On her last census of 1930 she is living with her daughter in Biloxi, MS. Thank you for everything.
