I began our family tree in June, 2010, and I am hooked! We like to visit graveyards and look at the stones, but I have a new-found hobby now. I seem to look at the markers differently, with a deeper respect for the person who traveled their journey and is now someone's memory. Giving back, taking photos, is a small gift for a relative or friend and it is a huge blessing for us. You can use any of my photos and don't have to give me credit. I am grateful to be part of the FAG volunteers.|
I am researching Eddlemon, Prim, Schaefer, Laubach and Westimayer.

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year to you too! :-)

Hi Terri - Thanks for your message. I'm a stickler for accuracy & I'm glad you caught the mistake. Seems I posted it for the wrong Thomas Wilson & have removed the pic & will put it for Wm. Thomas Wilson where it should be. Thanks again! :-)

Sorry, I have no idea. Not related and not even sure where these people are buried. We put cemeteries into Find A Grave. I put both names into Find A Grave find a person and we have not placed either into Find A Grave so not sure where they are buried or anything else. If you would ask your questions on the individual memorial page under edit/suggestion it would be much more helpful.
Sounds good--thanks. I've had probably 15-20 cases through the years where people have asked me to remove links because they were incorrect; I was never able to tell them who had sent them to me in the first place, nor did they seem to really care.
I have read discussions in the Forums, however, where similar cases went back and forth, with one person claiming one thing and another person claiming something else--the consensus in those cases was that the thing to do then was just transfer to one of them and let them work it out.
Please see the obituary on her father's page, which gives her name as Zelma Schaeffer. My Meek family records show that she married Paul Schaeffer March 29, 1941. Did she later marry a Hardesty and move to Florida? Possible, but highly unlikely.
I add all links sent my way, and only occasionally ask follow-up questions. I have to assume that people have some basis for what they send. Unfortunately, often the only basis is an Ancestry.com Family Tree, and those have a very poor reputation where accuracy is concerned.
If you want to leave a note on Zelma Hardesty's page that it had been suggested by someone that 67811795 was her father, but that I later pointed out that her maiden name was Hardesty and her last married name was Schaeffer, then whoever sent the links to you might see that and tell you/us more...

Thanks for doing this so quickly Terri. I love having my family linked up. Have a great day.

Wanted to personally thank you for adding my mother-in-law on Find A Grave. I did use your photo of her marker on my link and filled in what you couldn't and added a picture of her. She was only 54 when she died of cancer. I guess God needed her as my son (her grandson) passed just 1 day shy of 3 weeks later. I'm sure she has her hands full with him.
Again thank you. I have told her other 2 sons about the picture and they were grateful to know that it was there.
Thank you again,

Thanks so much for linking this. No, I would prefer not to take management of it. I am working on the stones in Indiana, etc.

You are very welcome. This cemetery is now complete as of July 29, 2013. I just completed photographing and uploading the entire cemetery.
What a job. LOL

I am sorry I am tardy in getting back with a reply regarding my friends who have recently passed on. Email me privately...I will give you my phone number. I have 6 Eddlemons that I added to Rutherford Cemetery since they were not listed. Just wondering if you would like me to transfer them to you. Thanks...Barb
