*****If I have a picture of a tombstone already on the memorial, please do not add another. Adding multiple pictures of the same stone clog up the memorial and other pictures can not be added by the family when transfered. Thank you.******|
****A big THANK YOU to all of the people who contribute to Find A Grave, whether it is adding memorials, pictures, taking volunteer photos or adding flowers/token. We all make this a wonder site and a weath of information****
I was thrilled when I found this site. I have loved cemeteries since I was little and love the thought of making memorials for those we loved and those long ago forgotten about.
I like to wander the cemetery and try to photograph an entire section. Not always an easy task. But well worth the effort.
If you see any errors or have additional information to add to my listings please let me know using the edit tab on the memorial.
Also, if we share any ancestors please contact me, I would love to share information, pictures, etc. My family names are my virtual cemeteries.
If you send me an email and do not hear from me, please send it again or send me a message thru the edit tab on the memorial. I see a lot of email from FAG contributors in my junk box. Not sure why some go there and some go to my inbox.

|John Latchford Beck||Thanks|
Thanks for the change to Henry Mercer; not sure why you're not getting my messages. I assume you mean messages like this one since I have no email address for you.
Thanks for all your help. If there's ever any photos you need from me, gimme a shout.

This time I'd like to request that Mary F. Mercer be linked to her husband Henry A. Mercer. His memorial number is 103069951.
Whenever you have time would be great.

Thanks for putting Mary F. Mercer's correct death date in her memorial.

I've recently done some research at Loudon Park Cemetery and acquired much information on the Mercer family.
The Permit for Interment for Mary F. Mercer is where I found her death date which I sent to you via her memorial.
According to the permit she was 70 yrs, 10 months & 13 days old & died of "acute indigestion".
I'm distantly related to the Mercers through marriage so when I found out where they were buried I decided to delve into their burials & Loudon Park was very accommodating.
Many thanks as always,
John Latchford Beck

thank you so much for adding a photo of Ferdinand Polster's tombstone. He was a piano and organ maker in Baltimore and worked there all his life with the Knabe piano factory. He was born in Erlbach/Saxony/Germany. A friend of mine is going to publish a book with "bits and pieces" of Erlbach's history. I'd like to ask you if we could publish this picture or if you can provide an even better one.
With kind regards and thanks for your answer in advance: Andrea

|Delmar Miller||RE: Hi,|
Hello, then I guess we are some kind of distant cousins. Frank and Clara are my great grandparents. Alvinia is my Grandmother. :-) Nice to meet you. Are you on Ancestry as well? Lee
Havn't you been the Busy Bee. Thanks for all your effort! I updated some info on Frank Sternat.
|purple-lady||RE: Donald Handschuh|
We met briefly in September 2013 when I sponsored sweet Sheba. So sorry for what happened.
Yes, I visited Donald, but I was under the impression that he was your cousin. My condolences for the loss of your Uncle and I will correct the prior token if you wish and leave one for your "Uncle".
Thanks for your message and correction.
|susan reid||RE: Theodore T. Kirby|
Thank you for your reply. I believe Priscilla was my great great grandmother and Mary A was Theodore's second wife. So, if you would like to transfer them that would be fine. I'm not sure why I can't find information about any of them.
|John Latchford Beck||RE: Peddicord & Randle tombstone photos|
Thanks for that 2nd photo; I'll use it as a guide.
I hope to get over to Loudon Park again as soon as it dries out a bit. I'll look for the Randle site then.
Also, have to find the Peddicord site. I'm hoping the folks in the office will give me the names on the tombstones of a couple of the graves near the Peddicords. I'll keep my fingers crossed 'cause the people in the office there are not always that helpful or pleasant.
Have you ever been to New Cathedral? The folks there are the best! They are so helpful & have the log books right there in the office.
