Struggling using this communication.
Mamie Powers father was Daniel Powers born Pennsylvania.
Her mother was Mary Rhodes.
If you would add to her information. Thank you.

Very happy to discover where the Mandeville couple were buried. A Social Worker/attorney took care of burial and wrong first name placed on Marie Mandeville marker. When I was age six, I had opportunity to meet this couple. Since then I have researched both of their families. Mamie (Powers) Mandeville is relative (1/2 sister), more likely mother of Marie Margaret Hull who married Richard Alexander Pitts in Shoshone, Lincoln County, Idaho on December 1917. The Pitts couple was my Gr grandparents and both died in Vancouver, WA. Mamie and Richard Mandeville came to our home and transported my mother to the funeral of Marie Margaret (Hull) Pitts in 1959.

|Jacque Madison||RE: Wait family|
Hi Ann, Thank you so much for putting the Wait family on Find A Grave. I have also found your name on some old "discussions". I've tried to contact you before but must've had an old email address. It's great to finally connect.
Sylvester and Mary are my 3 great grandparents. I am descended through John Courtland Wait. I have done tons of research on all the family and had great success with Mary's family - the Hargrove family as well.
One big question always looming is where John Courtland and his wife buried their son "Vessie" or Sylvester James. He died in Oct 1880 in Dayton. I have a newspaper article saying he had a funeral but no direction about the burial. I've been to the City Hall in Dayton and scoured their records to no avail. Maybe you would know?
Anyway, Yes! They are mine and I am theirs.
Thank you for the memorial transfers and thank you for the effort in submitting them.

|Reverend Larry||RE: a question for you|
When the smoke clears, the maintenance will become a major concern. In February, I brought Darrington and Arlington current. It had been two years since I was there. With help from the Arlington Office, it still took several trips, 300 pictures and a month of time to track down all the new headstones. When we have the pictures complete, there will still be years worth of work to begin to stay current. I have often defined Find a Grave as alive and forever changing. We may never get to a finish point. I think it is very important to send a message if we can to the community and to ourselves that we have succeeded in a "Quest".
My knee is working much better! Yahhhhh!

I have been to about 20 smaller cemeteries and had photographed them all and have not seen any sign of you. Do you remember which ones? I've done from South and East of Stanwood to Marysville, around Silvana with the exception of Little White Church on the Hill. I have not been to Granet Falls, Monroe or Sultan.
