My husband (USAF retired) and I (US Army veteran) are now working our second careers...USPS for him and Retired for me. Some days are tougher for me because of my Multiple Sclerosis but my husband has been strong for me.|
Many thanks to those that have asked and allowed us to take pictures of their loved ones. If we are managing a memorial that is your relative or even a BFF, we will transfer to you! All we ask, if transferred, is that you did not request the transfer just to trash the memorial. Now is not the time to vent an old enemy or maybe an ex.
Some photos are harder to read than others due to nature or decorations. We will not rearrange decorations if it is not a request for a headstone. If it is a request, we will try to get a clear shot and then replace the decorations where they were.
We will walk the cemeteries that others won't. Some memorials are hard to find but we will try AND hopefully succeed.
Our pictures are your pictures. Feel free to beg, borrow, steal with no intent to return. We take pictures of headstones out of kindness ... not for our ego or for the "numbers."
No one should EVER be forgotten. What goes around comes around.
Live, love, laugh. Tomorrow may not be there for you but today is!

Thank you for the explanation. It makes much more sense now. Glad to know the burial is confirmed. Just sad there is no longer a stone. At least she has this memorial. I agree, from your Bio info, no one should be forgotten. And I applaud your live, love, laugh attitude. My sentiments exactly. Thanks for making & blessing my day. Right back at you!

Bill & Denise, thanks so much for your photo of Ruth Rhodes' gravesite/headstone. Being able to see the position of all 3 graves is helpful. Clyde Virginia was my grandmother's sister. My grandmother passed before I was born. Did not know gA Clyde either so getting to know her family is very meaningful to me. Since you added their names to the photo, please tell me you added the question mark to Ruth's headstone. If so, was it because you are not sure this is her grave? If not, that is the strangest headstone I have ever seen. Please fill me in. Thanks, DJ
|Roger Adams||thank you|
