For William J "Billy" Parks you are showing he died in Newaygo County. According to his death record on Seekingmichigan.com he died in Otsego County in 1905. Parents John Parks and Elizabeth Rainey.Can you please correct your record.
|David & Sandra Parr||Georgia Darling|
I received 2 requests for Georgia Darling transfer requests on Feb 4th. I don't know which of you to transfer to. Would it be all right to share your name and contact with the other person requesting the transfer so that the two of you can talk to each other and make a decision of who would be the maintainer?
Thanks, Sandy Parr
You are more than welcome. ( :

Edna Virginia Wier, born in Fayette County, Texas, the daughter of William Wilborn Wier and his second wife, Sarah Jane Stapleton. Edna married John West Cochran in 1896 in Wimberly, Texas. Edna was a granddaughter of John Allen Wier and Margaret A. (Martha) Carpenter Wier; great-granddaughter of William Wier & Mary Ann Burton Wier, Owen Carpenter & Sarah Anderson Carpenter. William Wier (Born 1788 Pittsylvania Co, Virginia, Died 1857 Tippah Co, Mississippi) was the son of John A. Wier & Sallie Burton Wier.
Added more Cochran Novich and Gosch to Find A Grave all in same plot as William Wier

The information regarding Viola Townsend Wier's death is oral history (handed down by my family).
Further research today has found several listings on Public Member trees giving Viola Wier's date of death as 03 May 1879. It is noted that the date of birth of William Wier's second child Edna Wier Cochran is 03 May 1879. On Edna's death certificate her mother is listed as Stapleton.
I have updated William Wier's memorial (this morning to reflect the above information).
Thank you for your inquiry.
Kindest Regards, Macy Myrick
