While researching my family tree, I stumbled across this site. Talk about a wonderful surprise, I was so excited to find my relatives memorials.
My first photo request was fulfilled pretty quickly and I cannot find the words to describe how happy I felt. It was because of that experience that I decided to pay it forward and become a contributor. I am really thankful to everyone that I have interacted thus far on this site.
Please feel free to use any photo that I have posted to Find-a-Grave in your genealogical records.
John B Dennis Just wanted to let you know that all though we do not have his death certificate, I can share what we have on record for him. We have his residence being from Detroit, MI and his Nativity being in Georgia., His place of death being in an American Legion Hospital, and cause of death being Tuberculosis at the age of 27. Hope this helps
Frances Crandol Thanks so much for locating this grave for me! I went last year and couldn't locate it, nor could the staff locate the grave. I even showed a copy of the obituary to them, and they said they didn't have any records of her being buried there. How were you able to locate the site?
RE: Parklawn Memorial Find A Grave only allows 20 requests per week, therefore I will have to wait before I can order the rest. Hopefully Parklawn Memorial won't overwhelm you and the staff will continue to be helpful...so many aren't. Have a blessed day and I'll order 20 per week until I'm caught up. Thanks again!
Parklawn Memorial Bernita, thanks for the Plot/Sections. You are a real gem for those of us that live so far away and can't do for ourselves. I will run through all my memorials in this cemetery and make sure I have stone photos ordered. Thanks again for all your help!
Walter Dale Thanks for the photo. I made a memorial for his wife at # 118330455 and will place a photo request for her. Please claim it and add their joint stone photo that you already took. Thanks, you are a gem!
