David,
I saw your message on Jim Tipton's profile. You said you were not able to contact the memorial creator because they do not accept messages. Have you used the Edit tab > Suggest A Correction (aka SAC) feature? Many of us do have profile messages disabled because the email generated by the SAC feature includes a direct link to the memorial so there is no chance of a typo (369 instead of 396). The contributor has added memorials in the past 90 days, so he/she is still active.
Also, as your relationship to the deceased is not one of the required transfers (see thesecond item), the transfer is entirely at the discretion of the memorial manager. Some contributors transfer beyond the required relationships, others do not. Both are acceptable. Hopefully, you will submit the correct info regardless of whether or not the manager transfers.

If his birthday is actually April 5th you might want to let Find A Grave admin know so they can correct it on his memorial //

Dear David, How wonderful to meet a kindred spirit and to know that you have visited Andre Breton's grave. In the mid-1970s I worked on my dissertation with his first wife, Simone, and was very touched when she asked me to take her to his grave. This year a new Find-A-Grave member from Turkey also left Breton a tribute, and when I thanked him he suggested that we meet at Breton's grave someday. Dear David, Thank you so much for honoring Andre Breton on his birthday. I was in Paris that day but didn't make it to his grave. But as his daughter wrote to me, he isn't in the cemetery. He is in our thoughts and our hearts. All the best,
