I think this "Find-a-Grave" website is wonderful, and I hope more people will add data to it. Hopefully my input will help someone out there.
I so enjoy finding & visiting the old pioneer cemeteries, where the dates go back to the 1700-1800's.
I'll be more than happy to make corrections and/or add data, make relationship links, etc, but I am curtailing (not stopping) transferring memorials due to a growing misunderstanding of what Find-a-grave is all about.

Yes. I would transfer names over that may not already be on the "hoyt brook" page. I took some pictures of graves and added them there. I can confirm with absolute certainity that Spencer is Hoyt Brook. I was there today and all the names in your Spencer page are there at Hoyt Brook in Argyle. I think maybe the cemetery was once unnamed or used to be named "Spencer" because of all the Spencers who are buried there. | | | Ryan Reed

We are looking for any pictures and living relatives of people buried in Lick Creek Cemetery, Beech Grove, Indiana.
There is an effort to see if it can't be restored to something like before the headstones were removed.
