MAry Beth, I found your find a grave site tonight. My gr grandmother was Minnie Adair Cox Ledbetter b SC. She is descended from James Robert Adair of Cherokee History and GA history founder of Adairsville GA, married to GA HO GA Cherokee maiden. His father James R Adair "a physican" wrote the history of the American Indians of SE United States published in 1800's in London England. Also married to a Cherokee women and others. I was looking for Morelands of GA and east TN tonight as my GGGG grandmother was Sarah Sallie Moreland married William Russell. They moved to Wilkes Co GA in late 1700's and migrated to east TN.Jefferson Co TN 1805 then on to McMinn Co TN 1840 . There are many Morelands in McMinn Co TN until mid 1800's when they migrated to MO. I was looking at Thomas Moreland is possibly related to my Morelands of McMInn Co TN. I noted while looking you had Hudson's as well. My DNA shows me going back to Hudson even though I spell my name Hutson. I have been looking for my gg grandfather James A Hutson of GA who ran away from home around 1860 to McMinn Co TN and married Elizabeth Russell of McMInn Co TN in 1867. Just curious about some possible Hudson family info you you have any. I live in Marietta GA and have for over 45 years. If you have any info on the Hudson;s in your Find A Grave file I would appreciate any info. Thanks Dr Jim Hutson

Hi Ms. Henley,
Thank you for your kind words. It's nice to know there is still interest in those good old days!
I saw another message wherein someone referenced Don Henley--if you are related to him…boy am I a big fan! Wow I loved his work in the Eagles and his solo work.
Thank you again.

|Lisa Wells||Just curious|
Hi. My name is Lisa Wells. I'm a Native Texan and love our Don Henley. I'm curious, who does he look like, his mom or dad? It's not important to others. I'm a big heritage fan and would like to know. Also, I'm the founder/president of an Eagles fan page on Facebook. The Eagles...Basses Loaded. I've actually seen Mr. Henley at the market.
Thank you for your research and response.:-)
N. Richland Hills, Texas.
Greetings, I hope that this message finds you well. I work at the Douglas County Museum of History and Art, and was curious as to if you would be willing to share records of your family, with us. Copies are fine, if you are inclined to share. We would love to be able to talk to you about your family.
