I live in Uniontown Ohio; Professional firefighter and paramedic for the City of Stow FD, and Uniontown FD (OH). I am very interested in my family history, as well as helping others with their searches. Uniontown is halfway between Akron (Summit Co) and Canton (Stark Co), so I would be willing to travel to many areas in northeast Ohio.|

Please use the "EDIT" tab to ask for EACH transfer request. PLEASE STATE YOUR RELATIONSHIP TO THE DECEASED. If this rule is not followed, your request will be ignored. I follow Findagrave guidelines for transfers and I make transfers that don't meet these guidelines on a case by case basis.
The goal is not to "own" every memorial of those to whom you are related. The ultimate goal should be to have meaningful, accurate memorials that honor those who have passed away, regardless of who created the memorial or who maintains it.
****If you volunteer on this website and decide you no longer want to maintain the records please transfer your records to someone who has an active account and willing to take over the records. I am one of many willing to take over records. This really will help reduce duplicates. It would also be a good idea to leave someone instructions on how to do make these transfers should you go inactive without warning.***** Thank You (Borrowed from another FAG Contributor)

I added more information about Mary Frances Harris #130044992. She had been married twice - Stafford and Clift. She had wanted to be buried by her mother, Louisa Harris, and grandmother, Mehitable Duncan. There are many other relatives buried in that plot 21. I would like the info to be transferred to your info #123117410. I had also included a couple of pictures. Thank you!
Would you please add the following information in Laona Cemetery, NY:
114153039 Augusta Smith
Her maiden name is Bruggmann and she died in 1940.
114153015 Frederick Martin Smith
b 2 Apr 1857 Germany
d 7 Nov 1912 Arkwright, Chautauqua, NY
Also please connect them as husband and wife.
I have added a photo of the gravestone.

I see you had him listed in lot 21 of the Massillon Cemetery. You recorded it on January 10, 2014, #123117406. I have been researching my husband's family for many years and we knew he had gone to San Francisco and had died on the ship. We had always assumed he had been buried in San Francisco. My sister-in-law had checked with several cemeteries there but could never find him. Then your information turns up. My husband and I had visited the cemetery and knew of the many family members buried there but were not told of H B Harris. So I am wondering how you came upon his name. I have tried to contact you by e-mail and phone courtesy of Peoplefinders but have had no luck. Today I decided to check this site again. I don't think I noticed this contact before. I really would appreciate heating from you. I agree with your comment about how you wished you had started when your elders were still around. I have thought that so many times.
Thank you!!! Anita Jones, Duluth, MN

Would you add the birth, death date & place? I tried, but nothing happened. I will then delete mine. Thanks
