I have been researching my family's lineage for the last couple of years and loving every minute of it. Every time I find something new to add to my family tree, it only makes me want to find more. I also enjoy helping others find information that will bring their family member's past to light. In locating my loved ones final resting place, I always take a photo of the headstone and add it to my records along with the cemetery name and location of the stone or lack there of. It makes me sad to know that a lot of my family have been buried and have no stone to leave as a reminder of their time here on earth. If I were rich, I would purchase a marker for them all. But for now I will just help others find their loved ones and continue to look for my own. These are the surnames I am researching: Pickett, Riley, Kidwell, England, Wayman, McGuire, Neal, Sparks, Keel, Hunt, Dawson and Billingsley. I will gladly transfer any memorials that I have created that are not related to me. Photos that I have taken can be used on other sites but it would be nice to have acknowledgment for them. | |

 | Elva Mae Smith The picture came from her obituaries courtesy of Pulaski Funeral Home here in Somerset, Kentucky. So I would think you should use the picture and forget about any acknowledgement. Your friend, cadmusAdded by Cadmus on Feb 13, 2013 5:33 AM | | | Private Eyes
