|I Want To Thank Find a grave For Helping Me Find A lot of Family.|
I am creating these memorials and adding pictures to help others Only, my source is mainly from the pictures I take, I will not ask no one to delete a duplicate memorial as I am no ones boss, I believe everyone should have a way to be contacted through a public message and not dish out orders or ask for requests with no way to respond to them. This is my own personal feelings but it just makes sense.... .
Please Check The New Auto Edit Feature 1ST.
Please No PUBLIC MESSAGES REQUESTING EDITS OR TRANSFER'S WILL BE ANSWERED. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
NO TRANSFERS WILL BE MADE AS A VISITOR, PLEASE SIGN ON YOUR FIND A GRAVE PAGE FOR THESE REQUEST.

thank you for your help in this.. I just notice that they were the similar/same as others that had been posted before..and were a little confusing because it was a 'similarity" of names but exact dates and same tombstones, as I was researching the family line and could not find records of these in that family I concluded these were errors. thank you for helping me clear it up.
|John Krieg||Blake and Camplin Memorials|
Thank you for the transfers of Aileen Blake and Martha Lewis Camplin. I will research and add their bio information.
Thanks Again for all you do for the find a grave communuity!
Thanks for posting her name and grave location. She died about 1930 if you want to add a death date. How did you locate her? She was a 2x greatgrandmother and I have been searching for information.
|John Krieg||Camplin & Blake Memorials|
Although I'm not related to these individuals, I'd be pleased to maintain the wives' memorials.
Wishing you and yours a very Merry Christmas!
|John Krieg||Camplin & Blake Monuments|
Thank you so much for adding the monument photos for Eugene Camplin and Melvin Blake. Your time and efforts are greatly appreciated. John.
|Barb Huff||Jessie Lisher headstone|
Thank you so much for the photo of Jessie Lisher headstone. I appreciate it.
|Leonard J. McCown||Lottie Betts Zorn, 102079848|
Wife of George Zorn. I see you are related to Mendenhall, and Lottie's mother was Susan Pearl Mendenhall Betts Hanes. Lottie was born Mary Charlotte, but always went by Lottie. I think she died because of childbirth, as her only child, was born 16 Oct, and Lottie died 23 Oct. If related would like to hear from you. Thanks.

I agree about the duplicates, but I think there is a general problem here.
People either list from cemetery records, NOT checking if a memorial already exists; others take (many) gravestone photos and enter THEIR info to Findagrave, NOT checking either if a memorial exists.
And so duplicates are created, even triplicates.
If duplicates have (much) more info than the original, I suggest that the original is deleted to save MUCH extra work (e.g. all the links, etc).
I also see MANY (THOUSANDS!) of spelling mistakes, so the next person cannot find the memorial and enters a new one in good faith.
So are created duplicates...
As some people have entered 10,000 or even 500,000 memorials, there are bound to be errors and duplicates. WHO needs to delete a duplicate then is arbitrary, I think.
Keep up the good work! A wonderful site: Findagrave!
