|Bio and Links|
A link in the chain has been broken;|
Your loved one has gone to rest.
But through your tear dimmed eyes you see,
That a loving God knows best.
And you must go on without her, and though your loss is great,
She will be there to meet you
At Heaven's Golden Gate.
By Marvel Bennett, written for my mother, Lois Goodman Skinner
A limb has fallen from the family tree.
I keep hearing a voice that says,
"Grieve not for me.
Remember the best times, the laughter, the song,
The good life I lived while I was strong.
Continue my heritage, I'm counting on you.
Keep smiling and surely the sun will shine thru.
My mind is at ease, my soul is at rest.
Remembering all, how I truly was blessed.
Continue traditions, no matter how small.
Go on with your life, don't worry about falls
I miss you dearly, so keep up your chin.
Until the day comes we're together again.

I removed my memorial and added my picture to the other earlier memorial. Didn't notice the wife of on the stone when I was looking at it.
Thanks for clarifying.
|Donna Markey||Harrison Averill|
Well, that was interesting! He was the nephew of James Averill, the son of his brother Stephen. I haven't found where Harrison's parents are buried yet. When I do, I'll add them to his memorial. Thanks for pointing him out.
|Donna Markey||RE: Nettie Wright Averill|
He's probably related somehow. I'll look into it. Thanks.

Thanks for adding the photo of Nettie Wright Averill to her memorial. I also found the matching photo of her husband, James. Thank you.
