In the past two years have gotten the genealogy bug in a major way! Found this site and had much success in filling in the blanks on the family tree.

Mother of four grown children, and two granddaughters. Work for the local library system, so you can see where I get the ability to dig! The ladies at work ask every week if I'm grave hunting. They call these weekends "Debbie Digs Dead People" weekends. Might get a shirt with this printed.

Feel free to use any photographs or information I have posted here on this site. Genealogy is all about paying it forward!

Happy ancestor hunting!

Hi Debbie, I tried contacting you via Ancestry, but could not get through I guess. The folks couple in the subject line are my G Grandparents, I believe they are your husbands G Grand Aunt/Uncle, or maybe GG, not sure. I was wondering if you could turn their memorial over to me, so I can link them to their various children as I gather those memorials. Also, maybe you could try contacting me here or with an e-mail, I'd be interested to share info if we can. I saw in my activity on Ancestry that you added some of the recent pictures I uploaded, probably to the same ancestors, I'm glad they were useful to you. I am still trying to sort out David Frank's father, he would have been Rachel's father as well. Hope to hear from you and appreciate any assistance you can provide, as it is difficult for me, being out here in Hawaii since '96, to physically visit these sites, I have do most of my work electronically. Thanks again and ALOHA from sunny Hawaii!

Missouri Carothers - Crown Hill
Hello I searched the stated section and lot for a marker but was unable to find anything. I did take a photo of the overall area if you'd like me to upload to the memorial. Let me know. Thanks. cory.kugelman@yahoo.com

Greenmount Cemetery - Baltimore
Greenmount is now charging volunteers for plot information. When they recognized my voice yesterday, they said that after the first call with a request for up to two plot numbers, all future requests will need to be put in writing with a check included. So from this point forward, any request without a plot will most likely be ignored by local volunteers. If you could call and get this info for your requests, it will help get your requests filled.

Hi! I went to Crown Hill today, but was not able to find a headstone for Mr. Ruth. I have an overview of the area, if you would like it posted. Thanks, and sorry...

Myna Dorn
Myna is buried under the name Minnie Dorn. Section Rosedale #4, Lot 5412. There is a large family marker with Dorn on one side and Seippel on the other. There is no foot marker for Myna/Minnie, but there are footmarkers for John and Mary Seippel. Also in the same section are two other Dorn markers, Joseph & Theresa on one and Calvin & Dora on the other.

Feel free to put in memorials and requests if you are interested in any of these other people.
