Please use the "EDIT" on each memorial that way I have the memorial number and the contributor number, it makes it much easier to update, make links or transfer. For a transfer please state your connection to the memorial.

Palmer Cemetery:
Joyce, have you had any luck with getting the two Palmer Cemeteries back into one cemetery? The cemetery with the church photo is the correct cemetery. It seems that you will need to change location as well, naming it located at Weston, or not. Am I right?
Good luck,
Olva

RE: Clayborn Sims
I didn't mean to upset you, nor did I realize your memorials were created first. It's just been really confusing trying to track down and link ancestors when there are multiple memorials. Sorry if I offended you.

RE: Hallmark
Joyce, yes I know Joel. He helped me a lot when I was working on information for my membership into "DAR." He also gave me wrong information that had been handed down to him which gave me problems on my application. All his records showed my g-g grandfather's name as Joseph Marvin Palmer who died July 31, 1900. That is what I put on my application, it was refused because they found no one with that name and date of death. When I found pension papers that his wife Permelia had filed, we found that his name was Joseph McKissick Palmer and that he died June 13, 1981. We used this information and my application was approved. I have a copy of the receipt for the order of his gravemarker. Check the other census for Mary. One list her name as Francis, the other as Margaret F. I have to believe the parents did not give two of their children the same name. Other people are telling me that Mary is a nickname for Margaret, and since I have found living family members, I must go with Margaret.
Thank you,
Olva
