Thank you so much for taking these for me!
thank you so much for the picture of Louisa's plot. I am disappointed that there was no headstone, but appreciate the time you took since i know when there isn't a headstone, it typically takes much longer to search. Thanks again!

Deb, I am having major problems. Zachariah is my great grandfather. Per newspaper accounts and the death of his wife, they are buried in Manchester cemetery. Since neither have a stone, I applied for a military headstone for Zachariah since he served in the Civil War. After I added Zachariah, you sent me information that he is buried in 'Section 2' of the cemetery, which I added to his Find A Grave. At one time, my sister and I - (years ago) visited and I swear we found the vicinity of their graves on a wall or something inside a little building at the cemetery.
Now for the kicker!! Zachariah was approved for a headstone, and the cemetery - Manchester IOOF states he is not buried there, that they have no record of him.
He would be buried beside his wife, Emma Jane Howell Darnell who died 2 Aug 1921, in the same cemetery. She was buried 5 Aug 1921 per her death certificate in Manchester Cemetery.
PLEASE HELP!!!! I don't understand how they do not have records - Do they have a record of his wife?? I don't know if you can help or not, but I would appreciate anything you could find out for me and let me know.
I have been in contact with Dean Collins at your veterans admin in Adams County. Barb

Thanks for taking the photo of the plot. Given where it was, I am not surprised that it is unmarked. Thanks again

Thanks for the photos
Debbie, thank you so much for trying to locate a headstone for Frank. I suspected that he didn't have one. Do you remember who the markers are for in the photo you took? Again, thank you so much for your time and trouble.
