I'm from Bryan, OH and have been working on my husband's family. My sister Patty (also a contributor) got me hooked a few years ago and as most of you know once your started .....there's no ending!
Our 2 boys, with young & busy families of their own don't have the time but are really appreciating the results.

Please feel free to use any of the photos I have added. No need for permission, I'm not keeping count. Being able to share just makes this such a neat site. Thanks to all of you who have contributed!

We are working on the families of Hanna (many from the Ney, Defiance Co. OH area) Esterline, Tawney, Apt, Poulson, Newcomer (Brown) and all the connections.

Anice Hopkins memorial
Thank you for the posting the photo!

I notice that you are very busy in Sherwood Cemetery. It is a wonderful service that you do to document it.

Very nice! And thank you for taking the picture of Lyn Hopkins' military marker. I added the plot info to their memorials. Very thoughtful of you to provide it.

I realized that Lyn Hopkins wife, Anice, did not have a memorial, so I created one today. Could you post the headstone picture on her memorial (#137915566). I have made a photo request that you can claim.

I truly appreciate your effort in getting these photos. Many thanks!

question / request
I see from your volunteer photos list that you have taken some volunteer photos in Fountain Grove Cemetery, Bryan, Williams County, Ohio. I was wondering if it would be possible for you to take the two photos in that cemetery that I have requested, before the weather gets bad.

Another photo volunteer (LE Fuahs) told me that there has been a problem with emails not going out to prospective photo volunteers. I am wondering if this is the reason that no one has claimed these.

Thank you for your consideration...

RE: Lulu Woodworth
I just saw this message.

This is a new bit of information to me as I have found no information that this person exists. I will gladly add her to my data base. Do you have any more information and/or photos of this monument. Is there any indication exactly who R & M are. He was married to Martha Snyder in Williams County Ohio 14 Feb 1867.

John and Lucinda Brown Tombstone
Thank you so much for taking the time to find and take pictures of John Brown(#108714123) and Lucinda Briggs Brown(#108714218) tombstones.

My sister (passed away in 2001) was looking for Lucinda Briggs Brown for a long time and she would be so glad that I found her and that you have taken a picture of her tombstone.

Thank you so much for your time and efforts.

RE: Eagle Family Markers
I can change this but am not sure how to do so. Any help to get things in order would be great. Thanks Teresa

WHat happened to the marker? It was there in 1998 when my mother and I visited. It was a statue of a child angel in a short dress. Very distressing. Rolland was my great-uncle, my mother's father's brother, born before my grandfather was born. My mother visited that grave many times when she was a child but I never had a chance to go until 1998 when my mother and I drove up to Ohio together. I was in my 30's. I am glad we went! I am glad too that these markers are being recorded. Thank you so much.
