Bio and Links
Bio Photo I started doing genealogy in 1997. I have always loved history and I felt that genealogy was an extension of that.

The family names that I research is Anderson, Shaw, Butler, Timmons, Owens, Mangum, Kirkley just to name a few.

I haven't found any famous or infamous ancestors. I have found several ancestors who were Confederate soldiers (God bless them), so I joined the Sons of Confederate Veterans in 1999. I am still searching for ancestors who may have been Revolutionary War soldiers as I do wish to join the Sons of the American Revolution as well.

I am also a member of the American Legion, Air Force Military Training Instructor Association and the Air Force Security Forces Association.

Edgar Owens
Thanks for the family connection for Edgar Owens. As I made the connections I noticed that you have an account with Find A Grave and did not request a transfer. Would you like your Uncle transferred to you?

My mistake
Hi, Roger

I'm so sorry to have bothered you, I just realized that your memorial for Harold Reeves was made in 2009 and Looney Harold Reeves did not pass away until 2011.

Possible duplicate memorial
I just realized that I may have duplicated one of your memorials, but since yours does not have birth or death dates and does not have a full name, nor is it connected to his parents, I'm not sure if it is the same person. It is the same cemetery though.
Your memorial is for Harold Reeves.
My memorial is for Looney Harold Reeves.
He was at one time my brother in law.
If it is the same person, I will delete my memorial or transfer it to you, which ever you prefer.
Your memorial # is 44548577
My memorial # is 83067036
Please let me know what to do.

RE: Re: Jack Owens
I realized that after looking at the flowers you left on the memorials last night. Your mom used to tell my mom that she was named after mom's middle name is Dean.
Would you like me to transfer these to you?

Re: Jack Owens
Thanks for the information. Jack was my mom's 2nd cousin. I remember he was always at the Council reunion every year when I was a teenager. She didn't know what his full name was.

Thanks again,
