Bio and Links
Bio Photo My life is beautiful, surrounded with beauty, the ocean, the mountains and all between. My precious family, those here and
those departed. My faith, without it I would not be here. God should be in our hearts always, so we can extend our faith to others, that they will know him. I am ashamed to admit, my faith is not always extended as should be.

Find A Grave has always been a great hobby of mine, I love to find graves, research (time permitting) and photograph. Meeting so many wonderfully great people and working with each other.

However, recently there has been such viciousness directed at me from another graver. Yes, I make mistakes, but never are they intentional, never do I make "phony" cemeteries or "plop" people wherever. This person is vicious and has hurt many of us here at FAG. Certainly, most is for attention or seeking praise from others.

I have listed some quotes that need to be read prior to attacking another graver.

God Bless all my friends.

“Rudeness is the weak man’s imitation of strength.”
― Edmund Burke

“No one is more insufferable than he who lacks basic courtesy.”
― Bryant McGill

“If you are rude, cynical, habitually-sarcastic or pessimistic, your life options are going to be very limited.”
― Bryant McGill,

“The most self-absorbed people display an ironic pension for the smallest minds and the largest mouths.”
― Aaron W. Matthews

“Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes.”
― Mahatma Gandhi

Dear Helen - Thank you so much for creating this page for my great-grandmother. I have called the cemetery repeatedly looking for her grave and they keep telling me she is not there despite the fact that I have a copy of her death certificate. If there is any way that I could get a photo of her grave it would mean so much to me. I do not live in Texas so I can't visit in person. Regards, Jeri

RE: Mary Daniels
Helen,

I was wondering if you, or someone you know could photograph the headstone of my great, great, great aunt Mary Sadie Daniels (113350493). She is buried at the Quincy Cemetery in Crockett County, Tennessee. I have almost all of her family members listed on here and I'd like for her memorial to have a photo.

I read what you put up on your profile, just keep your head up and do not listen to immature people. Find A Grave is a hobby of mine as well. :)

RE: John Smith
Hi again. Thanks for that - yes there are too many John Smiths lol. This particular John Smith (d1886) would be the son of John Smith & Isabella Davidson - and a brother to Isabella Margaret Smith who is my tree (she married an Andrew Stephenson Smith, yep kept the Smith lol). So the John Smith with a birth date of 1831 and the John Smith with the death date of 1886 are actually father and son - not the same person as far as I can work out. (his sister Isabella was born 1861 and the parents John & Isabella married in 1860). Does that make sense to you. Interested in your take on this. Do you happen to have a photo of the headstone at all for this John Smith?? Thnx again, Annette

Was wondering if you might be able to tell me where you got the details from for his DOB, DOD and parents names and dates please as I have been trying to research him and these dates just do not fit with what I have and wondering where things are going wrong. Thanks, Annette

RE: Hey Beth!
Hiya Helen:
We had a great Thanksgiving & while you are gobbling from eating to much turkey,I think I
sprouted feathers...GEESH !!!

Brody was a riot as we tried him on a raspberry & he made some of the funniest faces & I pretty near fell off my chair I was laughing so hard :-)

I'm sorry your getting so much grief from some people on here my friend.I'm just tuning 'em out as it's just not worth it to me.I'm doing things my way & some people don't care for the way I'm doing it but the rules are the rules...

It is what it is,

Have a great day *hugs*

~ Beth ~
