Bio and Links
I first started taking pictures of graves of only my relatives. I would return home do a little more research and discover that I missed a few. So out I would go to take a few more photos and the same thing would occur again. After my 3rd trip to the cemetery I decided I would just photograph the whole cemetery.

I try and do a little research on each of the stones that I photograph, using various resources. I use other people's trees for clues then try and prove those clues with documental evidence such as obituaries, census data or other records. It's a very enjoyable experience.

At first I also created a tree on Ancestry and was uploading the tombstone photograph's there as well but it became too labor intensive so now I only upload my relatives there. If you are would like to use my photographs for your family or upload them else where please do so. A link back to find a grave along with credit would be greatly appreciated. If you wish to use my photographs in a for profit venture please obtain written permission to do so.

My primary areas of interest for my own family lines are the names: Reifinger, Latshaw, Stufflet/Stofflet, Schlegel, Bower, Eck, Mertz, Day, Christman, Bock, Bennicoff, and Gruber in Berks, Pennsylvania, USA; Haney, Van Buskirk, Heller, Mills/Mill, Starner, Weiss, Hofner/Hoffner, Fetherman, Coslar, Sandt, Price, Houser, Werkheiser, and Brong in Monroe, Pennsylvania, USA.

I'm willing to transfer out of guidelines. If you are interested in doing more work on any of mine feel free to ask. Just take good care of each individual out of respect for their memory. If it is a relative of mine it may involve a little more discussion.

Are you going to move the memorials I sent you from Mt Matthews UCC into St Matthews Union, Kunkletown, which is the correct cemetery?

Louisa E. Fegely
Hello, I am working on my family ties to the Fegely family and found that you had already listed Louisa E. Fegely so I was wondering if you would be willing to transfer her to me. I have info to add to her bio and to tie her in with her other family members that are posted on Find A Grave. My acct.#91195813 and Louisa is #79492723. It is out of respect that I work on the memorials of my family, friends and neighbors as I add them or hope to get them transferred to me. I have much research in my family tree so I like to give an overall picture of the person for other family who may one day be researching these ancestors and find it helpful. Thank you for your work and transer to me if you will.

I was wondering if you would transfer management of Michael 77708075 and Elisabeth 77708131 Grees to me as they are my 4th great grandparents? It would be much appreciated. If they are your relatives, I'd like to know you better; then we would be cousins.
Many thanks

Reuben Jeremiah Stotz # 82066643
Could you please add the following to the bio of Reuben Jeremiah Stotz # 82066643:

In a letter from his sister, he said he was in good spirits and health. Reuben said that the weather was hot and they drilled every day. He could not wait to get out of stinking VA. Gen. ordered camp to be moved every 10 days. There was only one sick man in camp, and two Union prisoners were paroled. He did not think it was possible to get out unhurt, considering all the shooting. His Reg. was the first attached. They gave the Rebs 5 volleys, and then were ordered to retreat from an overwhelming force. Everyone stood well. (as Brig. Gen. said). The 11th Corps were censured very much, but he write some regiments fought bravely and no blame should be on such. You brother, Reuben…A paraphrase from The History of The 153rd Reg. PA Vol., by Rev. W. R. Keifer, 1909.

Hi Jamie
I was updating my family tree notes and the date I have for Elias, and his parents don't fit. I wonder if you have the correct dates, and would send them to me. Thanks and have a great day.

David Handelong
Hi, I did a little research and found an old receipt for burial at Hillside Cemetery. David is buried in Section B-13 near George S Kennedy, in an unmarked grave site, probably with his wife Edith. I will download a picture. I think they are buried where the plant is, on the right side of George Kennedy.
I hope this helps. The Albright family is buried on the left side of George S Kennedy, when facing the road.
