Thank you so much for the transcription. Would it be possible for you to scan and email the copies you have or snail mail them to me. We have to have copies of the originals for the DAR application. My email is firstname.lastname@example.org.

Hi Debbie, on the page for William N Flinn, Memorial# 17939941, you have written some information from his Bible r/t marriage to Mary Ann Houston. Do you have the Bible or a copy of the Bible records? I am helong someone with their papers for membership in DAR and she is descended through William N. If you do not have these records can you direct me to who does?
It would be much appreciated and a huge help to us.

Barbara is her middle name. Anna Barbara Hofmann is her full name per the census records on familysearch.org
|Vicki Robinson||Melissa Newcomb Penrod|
I'm trying to straighten out my husband's mothers family the Newcomb's. I've been trying different newcomb's trying to find a link and came across Melissa. I have her in a census report as 4 years old in 1870 living with her mother, Sarah (Marsh?) Alspaugh and step-father, GW and also her grandmother Sarah Newcomb. Is she the Sarah Stevens that was married to William Newcomb in Warren County, OH? If it is, do you have any information about William & Sarah and their family? I have found two William Newcomb's born around the same time and both from Warren County. I don't believe they are the same person because William 1 married Sarah Stevens in 1833 and she is obviously still alive in 1870/ William 2 was married to Susan Beal in 1826 and to Lydia Gustin in 1835. I'd be happy to share what information I do have. Thanks so much!!

I am a direct descendant of James DeShazor (136990642). There is a grave marker in the Hale Cemetery in Hardin County, Ohio for his family that includes his information. After his wife and daughter died, James moved to Texas and eventually died there. That explains why he was buried in Texas. Could you please change his death location to Mt. Vernon, Franklin, Texas.
