A beginner here and enjoying having a reason to walk cemeteries!|
Having relocated to a new state I'm finding that this is a great way to learn community families and stories.
Ancestors include Crutchfield, Felts, Hurt, Thomas, Trout, Wambaugh, Noel, and of course Carroll.
Please, if you see a photo of mine that you'd like to use, just ask. POSTERITY: I publish photos and create memorials here for the benefit of present and future generations. If you want to post my gravestone photos on any website that you contribute to, include in the photo caption used with the written permission of djcarroll; (#47608340) at FindaGrave and keep a screen-print of this page for your records. Copyright laws require you to obtain permission to use a photograph. Merely attributing credit does not comply with the law.

I don't have another photo but the headstone behind him is Henry Carswell. I believe Mr. Holland is in the strip between the drive and the south fence, farthest side away from the highway. Hope that helps.

".....and others have created many of my family."
Most long-time members of Find A Grave created thousands of memorials for strangers by walking cemeteries, taking photo and record grave sites.
It was only in the recent years that members were just doing their family trees and...at times, recording dead ancestors instead of grave sites.

I just ran across your message from several months ago. Not sure how I missed it but I did. I have updated iola's memorial baased on research conducted today, and have sent the link to her memorial through Harry Thomas's memorial. Family links only go from child to parent and spouse to spouse, so I could not like Harry to Viola as you requested.
Sorry for the delay :(

Sorry for not getting with you sooner. I would be happy for a transfer of this memorial.

I never post anything unless there is no doubt that the grave isn't there. I only have posted a problem with one because I had the cemetery layout in front of me. When I do get some free time, I usually do a follow up. Some of the graves in that cemetery are unmarked but saying "I do not know?" will never be my response. I try to be accurate. Thanks
