We all have a pre-determined amount of time on earth; a birth date - a death date, and no more. God gives us our lifetime to find Him, and He will judge each person based on whether or not they've rejected His Son, Jesus Christ. That is THE most important purpose of any person's life. All that we are in this life, all that we have said and done, all that we work, worry and strive for are only 2-3 generations away from being completely forgotten. The Legacy to our children is, not just to be able to leave our family memorials and stories here for them to discover, but most importantly to point them to the Savior, Jesus Christ. As you read these memorials keep in mind that you are still living in the hyphen between birth and death, and you still have the opportunity to come to the knowledge of Jesus Christ as your Savior. Accept Him and the sacrifice he made for your sin which gives you eternal life.
You might find it interesting to stroll quietly through my Virtual Cemeteries. I've put a great deal of time into them, and there are many memorials that will touch your heart. Perhaps you may wish to sponsor one of the children in Angel Faces, such as nine-year-old Yusuf Bell. He is one of the children listed there who tragically passed away. For some of these children, this may be their only place of remembrance.
And thank you so much if you happen to visit my precious baby, Jeremy. As well, this is also his only place of remembrance.

My name is Edward C. Flunder; a newly registerd
member of " Find a grave"; and a Hurst family
great-great maternal descendant of John Hurst and
Ellen Mcgathy Hurst..and great-descendant of their
only child...Mary Ann Hurst...and Hurst-Bedore etc.
family reseacher& historian.
With that said..."Always with Love". I discovered
your bio...on my late family ancestors. It quite
informative!...However,I do have a question on it.
That is with few details. Eg. John Hurst's death date? Eg. Ellen McGathy?* I have no information. confirmed or otherwise made known to me..or my family.. concerning John Hurst's death. That is thru researched, record files alone!. his death was narrowed to be around Storrington Township. *The last known township residence for John Hurst
as of 1871 year.
John Hurst's date of death...is not pinpointed down,or as yet confirmed! I can only give you an aproximate, time range for his death. Aft.
1871 to 1887. *1887 was the year..his daughter
Mary ann Hurst wed. Charles Bedore. John was
no longer living then...
Another Example.. with Ellen McGathy Hurst?
Ellen McGathy Hurst. Her maiden could be
McGahey or Mcgaughey according to my family.
I won't qualm over that...and her year of birth
is considered to be..likely closer to 1821; than
1823..according to Census records.
I also want to bring up with you also...
To my research and family knowledge, we have no
info.concerning the marriage date etc. for John
and Ellen McGathy-Hurst?.or their arrival info.
to Canada?
*That comes as bit of a surprise!..to myself!
and my family. reading it in this bio you put
together. What is your source or sources I may
ask?
One last item I am honestly willing to offer
what I can..in a way of editing..or updates
etc.to the current bio..on my Hurst ancestors.
on Find a Grave site. That is if it is ok!
