Photo requesters help more when they call the cemetery in advance if a an office number is available and obtain plot location info for the photo request before posting it. This is not to say that every cemetery is active or has an office. And there may be situations where a person has no way to make such a call but when it is possible, it's a help to the photographer and saves them a lot of time. It is always best to help the photographer as much as possible with info about where they are going.

In taking photos as a volunteer, I noticed that sometimes the work can involve driving to one part of a city to get plot info (unless it is given out by phone) and then going to another location and walking up to an hour or two in the heat with the camera potentially getting heat damage. One suggestion for photographers is to leave the camera in the car until you find the grave if you are walking in extreme weather.

Thank you for the picture. I am the caretaker of the "In Memoriam" book for the USS Sea Poacher (SS-406) shipmates that have entered their Eternal Patrol.

RE: Robert Harvey McDaniel
Thanks, will check it out. I had made a mistake and thought I had corrected it. I had thought that he was in the West Cemetary, and found out differently.
Thanks again,
Lettie Mae Lee

There is a listing for Richard M. Perry buried in Evergreen Cemetery on Find a Grave therefore I do feel that he is buried there. Evergreen has been the final resting place for others of the Perry family.

I certainly do appreciate your attempt at locating the grave; hopefully it will be found. thank you so much.

RE: Polie G Holder
Again thank so very much for taking this gravestone photo for me. As for Mary and Gad Curry, please do not take their gravestone photos. I'm not sure why those requests were not removed but I will definitely remove those request and thanking you for letting me know they are still showing.
