If I have added a grave that you would like to manage, just ask! If I am NOT a relative, I am happy to transfer. Many of my entries were transcriptions of small country cemeteries.|
I have searched cemeteries, libraries, and courthouse for about 16 years. The following names are found in our family tree: Leach, Larkin, Riggs, Price, Odom, Martin, Jones, Brown, Borror, Wight, Chattin, Stoltz, Knoerr, Bode, Holsen, Hinderliter, Deisher, Schrodt, Seibert, Stein, Reel, Fornoff, Lovellette, and many more!

Thanks so much for taking the time out of your day to go to the Rose Hill Cemetery and photographing Sarah Beanblossom's very old tombstone. I truly appreciate it. Friends, Sara

Thank you for adding the photo of William Wallar. He was the son of my great-great-great grandparents, and he died when a tornado struck the church where his father was pastor.

|Dennis||Berry relatives......and everyone else in Mt Carmel|
Yes, I'm no doubt a cousin to all the Berrys. My parents swore that everyone who grew up in Mt. Carmel back in the early 1900's up to WW2 was related to everyone else in town in one way or another. I'd like to talk with you, if you have the time, if you want to email me my address is in my profile.

|Dale O. Stillwell Jr.||Thaddeus J. Leek|
Thank you again for your quick response on the Thaddeus J. Leek memorials, and photos.
|Dale O. Stillwell Jr.||Thaddeus Leek, #59135779|
We know that Thaddeus Leek's Memorial is not yours, but you did take a great photo of his headstone. He is shown in Find A Grave as being buried in the Allendale Cemetery, it is our thought that he is buried in Highland. Can you verify if he is buried at Allendale or Highland?
As always, thank you for your time and effort.

|Judi McGarvey||RE: Vernon Miller, Enfield, IL|
Yes, I am related to Vernon Miller. He was my mother's first cousin and I've heard about him all of my life. The family story is that when the "cyclone" hit the school, he stayed on (or went out) the wrong side of the building and was blown against the wall and killed. I thought I had a copy of an Enfield (or other local) newspaper that recounted the story on an anniversary of the storm, but I can't find it at the moment. I would be most interested in learning more about the book you mentioned. Thanks for getting in touch with me! -- judi mcg
|Kathy||RE: George Waddle|
According to a public tree on ancestry, yes they are his parents. The tree also lists 5 sisters & 7 brothers only one brother is still living. No spouse or children are listed. I haven't found another obituary. Kathy
