Bio Photo Robert Awalt earned a Doctoral degree in Psychology from the University of San Francisco in San Francisco, CA. His doctoral dissertation analyzed the effect of dysfunctional mood states (anger) on veterans with alcohol and substance abuse problems; results of this study were published in the Journal of Psychoactive Drugs. Robert was a NIDA post-doctoral fellow in the Substance Abuse Treatment Research program at the University of Calfiornia, San Francisco/San Francisco VA Medical Center. He was an instructor in the chemical dependency program at UC Berkeley Extension, and curretly instructs graduate counseling students at UOP. Robert is a licensed Psychologist with Kaiser Permanente Medical Centers in San Diego, CA in addiction treatment.
Robert earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree from the California State University system.

Robert is a member of various historical societies and genealogical groups to include the Tuscarawas County, Ohio Historical Society, Austins Family Assiciation of America in Texas, Teeple People, and others.

Robert has a special interest in early colonial Dutch ancestry and the first Dutch settlers of New Amsterdam (now NY).

Everything I know is already on the memorial and I won't do any further research on this person due to penal code crime. Feel free to do your own research though.

They have all been moved to Wayne Memorial Gardens on east side of Waynesboro - I have put pictures on that Cemetery site.

Thanks for your message, the memorial I created in Bridge St. Cemetery, Northampton is for a cenotaph which exists in that place. Memorial # 1360 in Princeton Cemetery, Princeton, N.J. is for his actual burial location. Cenotaph's are to memorialized per Find-A-Grave policy. I will note and link the memorial to his memorial in Princeton.
