My name is Kathy, I am the mother of three wonderful sons, 8 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandsons. I discovered this wonderful site several years ago. I have enjoyed helping others as they search for their loved ones. I will be happy to take photos of graves in and around Lampasas County, Texas. I am retired and would love to be able to return some of the many favors I've received while doing my research. I am researching the Golden (Goldin), Williams, and Morgan lines from Alabama to Louisiana. I am also researching the Scallan and Ducote families of Avoyelles Parish, Louisiana.|
At present, I am making a point to visit, take pictures, and record each and every grave in Oak Hill Cemetery in Lampasas, TX. This is a personal thing to me and my way of saying I care for those who have gone before us. I have not a single family member in Oak Hill and am happy to transfer memorials to those of you who are family members.
Please feel free to use any photograph I have taken for your own personal family tree use.

|Corinne||Minnie L Pipkin|
Thank you so much for attaching Minnie L Wilson Pipkin to her parents. I'm also looking for two more of her brothers, John F and Thomas W Wilson. I can find nothing on them past the 1880 census, and yet they are two of the 4 living siblings after 1900. If you see them let me know.

Yes, that's exactly what I thought too.

Yes ma'am, I knew right away it was you. Not sure when I'll make it back to Lamoasas....mom moved to San Antone and my wife and kids are in Florida while I am out here. But rest assured I will stop by when I do come through.

Kathy ... you're very welcome. Keep those requests coming!

I didn't have my "cemetery kit" with me and could not chalk in the dark lettering. Mary York Powell's was too dark to read, so I did not post that picture. I'll go back when I have more time and my kit.

I asked my mom about her notes. It is
Jo Ann (Ivy) Graham Garza
She married a Mr. Garza later, not sure if Odis Graham died or if they divorced.
I'm trying to get mother's notebook correct. It has truly turned in to a huge project that I've been working on for the past six months.
Thank you for the kind words about my dad. He was truly a very special man. Alzheimers is such a terrible disease than took a huge part of his last couple of years. It was so hard to see how a very vibrant person could change. But I'm glad its onset was so late in his life, that was a true blessing!
