I have always had an interest in genealogy and cemeteries, especially those cemeteries in/around the area I'm from. I also enjoy searching for any information i can find about my ancestors. Last names I look for are Poe, Turley, King, Halfman, Coffey, Meinhardt, Runkle, Riggs, Ross, Ruse, Davis, Tabor, Hicks, Marvin, Merrell/Merrill, Finley/Fenley, Harper, Magee/McGee, Edwards, Patty, Clanton, Evans, and many others that I can't think of at the moment. | |

I was just wondering if you know of a rough location for this cemetery. I know that there's an area east of Ottawa that was once called Hawkins Land. Could it be there? I nocticed that you had added a lot of memorials in the Lane Cemetery. I was wondering if you knew if there are any Trobough's buried there. I have cousins by that name who died in Lane, but don't know where they are buried.
Any info you can share will be greatly appreciated.

I need to know, because I keep a record of my tranfers and make sure I know who they are related. Many people in the cemeteries where I post headstones, I am related to. How are you related? I would prefer to keep those memorials because they are my grandparents as well. It is great to hear from a relative though. I come through their daughter, Mary Jane Merrell Cole. I then come through her daughter, Sarah Estella Cole Cordon, her daughter, Zina Roberta Cordon Stone, her son, William Cordon Stone, and his daughter, Wendy Stone Farley, who is my mother. What line do you come through? I would be willing to share any information that you would like, as well as photos.
