Bio and Links
Bio Photo About death certificates and other documents - I ask politely that you PLEASE don't post any DC's or other documents to my memorials. I like to honor their life and history. My humble opinion is that their death is a personal/private matter for not only the deceased but also the family/descendents. I do welcome any photos of the individual so we can see them when alive. I appreciate your honoring my preference.

About photos, if another contributor has posted gravestone photos to one of my memorials, please do not post any duplicates. thank you for that!

The Golden Rule: "Do unto others as you'd have them do unto you"
Please don't create duplicates when you know another memorial was created first. If there is an error in cemetery or info, be courteous and contact the original contributor. You'd want that gesture offered to you too.

We are ALL part of this magnificant GIANT historical jigsaw puzzle!

I always have and still do love puzzles. And I have been bitten by the genealogy research bug for years! Better than fiction!

I am NOT involved with findagrave for the numbers. I research every person for whom I create a memorial for accuracy and in an attempt to include as much information as possible.

Whenever possible, I also try to link family members. I feel that is most important and a way to have them all 'reunited.'

This is a marvelous venue to not only recognize, remember and HONOR those who have passed before us, but also to assist families in the future in finding their ancestors and hopefully even seeing a photo of their headstone.

My sincere thanks to all findagrave contributors and photographers for all you have done for me and the entire findagrave community! It takes a village!

For the MOST part, the cooperation and sharing on this site are tremendous and heart-warming.

A special thanks to contributor peace4me- she is a prolific and wonderful photo contributor and a super nice person to work with! She is incredible with photos in Wheeling West Virginia and beyond!

Remember: be kind to one another!

Hi, Genie. All my pleasure. Yes: When at some point I return out there and take some feature tombstone pictures (not sure when that might be), I'll be sure to let you know.

Louisa Williams
Thank you very much for the great find with Louisa's death certificate. It does have an error which needs to be noted with who her mother was. Louisa's mother was Nancy Rhine who died in 1852. Her father, William, then married Rachel Miller in 1853. So, Louisa was raised by Rachel since she was 7. I will delete the memorial I have once her photo is moved to the other memorial. Just let me know when done. Thanks again. All the best. David

I will be glad to take a picture of the rock. I will get it to you as soon as I can. I am a descendant of her sister Priscilla Kerby Bryson.

Emma Spears
Hello,
I am researching my great grandmother Emma Spears who is a huge mystery to me regarding who her parents were. What little I have is her father was Robert Spears and her mother Jane? I did find Emma listed with the last name Anderson in a census record living with her grandparents with the last name Pulley. I link Robert Spears to Thomas pears and Carolyn Sands. What I can't find out is what Jane's last name was and if she and Robert were ever married. I have Emma living with William Pulley and Delila Jane Pully in the 1910 census for WV. As I see some of my info is the same as yours, would you know anything about Jane?

Respectfully,
Deborah Russell

RE: Mountain Home Cemetery
I live about 500 miles from Mountain Home cem. I will be visiting the parents in July and they are about 20 miles away. I will check on Chase. Back in 2012 I took pictures of all the tombstone and posted on FGA. I could have missed some.

There are some Chase family buried in Linwood and new liberty cem all in Greene Co, AR.
