Thank you SO much for all of the photos you've taken at Pleasant Grove Cemetery! I am unable to travel and have wanted for so long to be able to visit there.... thanks to you I get a virtual visit! A lot of my grandfather's family is buried there (Crawford) and I really appreciate your time.

You are very welcome.
|Judy Richards||Mary Ann Decker|
I don't think that is her her dc would say Mary Ann Decker not Marguerette Decker and it only says Catholic Cemetery and there are a number of Catholic Cemetery in Anderson County. But thank you anyway.

|James Paul Kitchens III||Erma Nell Brookshire|
Hi Judy my name is James P Kitchens lll. My grandmother Erma Nell Brookshire born July 23 1927 and died June 2 1999 was the youngest child of John Madison "Matt" Brookshire and Rell (Mc coy) Brookshire. I was wondering why she is not listed as one of the children on Matt or Rell's memorial page. Not being critical just got me wondering if there is something that we were told that's not quite right. Her mom's middle name is Rell and my grandmothers middle name is Nell. Were scratching our heads. Just found out that Cassie was her mothers first name not Rell . we would greatly appreciate any info you could provide..thank you very much...James

|Brenda Green||Alice Wilkerson Perry|
Hi, this is the story I have been told by my mother-in-law about the old marker for Alice Wilkerson Perry: CLEAR CREEK CEMETERY: ROW 3 PLOT 25
This marker was on her grave until her husband died and was replaced with a double marker for them. Her family gave this marker to Minnie Green, Alice's niece, and was placed in the ground upside down next to Lander Byrd's grave to reserve the plot for her. When Minnie died her granddaughter did know the story and thought the plot was already taken since a marker was already there. She buried Minnie on the row above Landers' and Lorene's plots.
