A.K.A. - DEE☼

Many, many thanks for visiting these mighty special people:

THE INVINCIBLE Phemie the Primal Force
MY Littlest Uncle, who lived only 11 days.

Our Beloved Fur Babies Special Love

I couldn't have gotten better in-laws if I'd tried. Please visit my mighty sweet mother-in-law, Naomi Varnell, and my great father-in-law, Jack Varnell - Jack was a veteran of WWI. Jack and Naomi raised 12 children and a whole lot of cotton on a farm in Oklahoma.

Robert George Jr. Our daughter-n-law's father & Korean War Vet.

My best friend: Regina Davidson

Regina was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She worked for the State of Arkansas for 33 years. A lay preacher with the Methodist Church, she led the graveside services for David. Losing her was a staggering blow to her family, her myriad friends, and her church and community. She was Everybody's Best Friend, and I was, I am so honored and blessed to have known her!

There are two little boys buried out on the desert of Nevada, Clyde W. Hart and his brother Kenneth V. Hart . Do please pay them a visit. No kin of mine or anybody I know, just a pair of little boys out in the middle of noplace.

In my "**... Lonesome Places**" virtual cemetery will be found other children buried in abandoned graveyards, off by themselves, or beside a trail, such as Baby Catalina, who sleeps in an abandoned cemetery in Wyoming, where an animal has dug around her little headstone. I sure hope you can pay her a visit.

A little girl is buried in Mississippi, who over 90 years after her passing still has the ability to reach out and indelibly touch people, whether it is a young girl who saw the grave and never forgot it, or a grown man wandering a graveyard, and making special notice of it in a book. Her name is Fairy Jumper , and I hope you will visit her too.

Many, many thanks to my Find A Grave friend, rendovaJJ Coppinger, for introducing Fairy to me!

Many thanks to AngelWings for sponsoring our Fairy's memorial.

I have posted some photos of kinfolks. If you are related to anybody in them, do go right ahead and copy them if you like, they are family photos and I hardly feel I have a copyright or monopoly on them. Photos of graves I have taken are mine, please do not use without my permission. All bios I have written are original works and are also mine, do not copy verbatim without permission. See copyright laws at
/copyright/genealogy_copyright_fundamentals.htm if you have any questions. I will not give permission for anything that is mine to be used on a pay-to-use, proprietary site such as Ancestry.

Again, many, many thanks to everybody here on Find A Grave, for all your kindness!

RE: Comstocks
I have been absent far too long! Essie's Grankids and Great grandkids are searching for pictures of her. Do you have any? They started a family album on Facebook. If you are a member I will add you!!

RE: John Todd Comstock, 1873-1958
Okay, you will have to send email to c a k e m p a t y a h o o d o t c o m. I can send invite to my Ancestry Member Tree if you have either a free or paid account with Ancestry.

I feel fairly certain that the Isaac Comstock who md. Ann Curtis 1796 in Green Co, TN and then very soon after moved into Knox Co, KY where he raised his family until 1824 when he died apparently intestate. The Comstocks who came to MO came out of Knox Co, KY. Isaac known to be son of Joseph Comstock who died abt. Apr 1802 in Knox Co, KY and left a will. Isaac named along with two brothers and some sisters. Many children for Isaac's brothers have been identified except that no one has claimed Nehemiah, Hiram, and the other "leftover" children. The leftovers fit into the 1810 and 1820 census records for Isaac in Knox Co, KY.

For more info, please contact me. Thanks so much. Cheryl

RE: John Todd Comstock, 1873-1958
Dorothy, viewed your website with parents for Nehemiah, Hiram, Nancy, and Olive Comstock. You have Lyndon Comstock and Nancy Bush. Would you share your documentation for those parents? I have tentatively proposed Isaac Comstock and Anna Curtis. This fellow dies abt. 1824 in Knox Co, KY. It was in the very early 1830's that the Comstocks removed from Knox Co, KY to MO. Any help appreciated. Cheryl

Hi, Dorothy. You state you are a great niece of John Todd Comstock buried in Cottonwood Cemetery, Jack Co, TS. I am researching this Comstock line. Would like to know if John Todd had any descendants? Can locate him on 1910 census but none later. Please if you have the time and inkling contact me at c a k e m p at y a h o o d o t c o m

Hi, Dee!
Hi, hope that you have been well...l did highlight a couple of your names, hope it brought a few visitors by...l also send a private email list now, as l continue to have the issues that we spoke of last year - sigh. So l don't want others to have those hassles just because they have a name on my page...can you believe it is almost autumn? Wow...we are fine, and my second book found a new publisher...all 60 poems are already online in different journals and anthologies if you Google me, yay! Take care and stay in touch - hugs, R and GB

Please go on the memorial and send me a request using the "edit" tab. That gives me an audit trail.....Judy passed away and her memorials were transferred to me a few years ago

I've changed his burial site to Tennessee, with date still unknown. I have no knowledge of this family (inherited memorial) and do hope that some day we're able to put a date and place to his final resting site. Thank you.
