Bio and Links
Bio Photo My mother is a Bossier from the very old French Creole Bossier's of Louisiana, Her mom's is a Leavitt-Estes, of Georgia Alabama and Texas..

My father is a Bebee(English)-Hodkinson(Welsh) from a old Ohio and West Virginia Family's, Bebee spelled several ways but all related.. My husbands mom is a Pirtle(German)-Cook(English) from Texas, N.M. and Sedona AZ, his dad is a Merchant(French) -Yarbrough(English) from Arkansas and Texas..

I love doing genealogy and helping out others with theirs! It's like solving a mystery, putting puzzle pieces together to find who we came from and who we are as a big part of the American tapestry!

Mordecai Harper photo
Colette, The photo you posted for Mordecai Harper is incorrect. It may be Mordecai Jr. Mordecai Sr was long dead before that kind of photography was available. The earliest Ohio photo I have is from 1861 and it is a studio-made ambrotype. Later came tintypes, and this photo is even later than tintypes. Civil War battlefield photos were made with portable tintype methods. Thank you.

Merchant Family
Hello,I am Ed Sanders in Surprise AZ.I am researching my family that includes the Merchant name, your father inlaw Thurman was a Jr.and his father Thurman Sr.was married to Martha Genevia "Eva"Yarbrough, my question is if they were divorced. My research shows that "Eva" was married to a William Edward Adkisson.(my cousin).
Is there any information that you could share with me?
Thank you

Robert G Bossier & Family
I've transferred Robert Bossier's memorial to you as well as the memorials for his wife and children. I don't know if you wanted the whole family but there was no sense in me just transferring Robert's memorial, especially when you're related to all.:-)
