I have been researching my family for over 27 years now, and it never seems to end. Family names that I research are : GRIFFING, MAGEE, MCGEHEE, MacGREGOR, COLLIER, KIRKLAND, PRATT, OSBORN, WARD, PRATHER, McMAHAN, NEWMAN, CLARK, FOOTE, GRANT, WIER, JONES....and any other allied families.|
I am open to any questions and will be glad to help if I can. Please forgive me if I don't answer right away. Feel free to keep messaging me. I tend to overlook or forget things because I am pretty busy, but I love genealogy.

I just added two graves to the Ward Bend Cemetery listing. They are John W Osborn b. Aug. 1, 1857 s/o JW and CM and Sarah b. Jan. 1849 d/a JW and CL.
I don't know anything about this family and the markers are broken and pretty hard to make out. So please let me know if I got their dates wrong or if there is anything else I need to add. I noticed they were missing from the list and just want to see them included.

Patrick, you wrote, "Hi Ron, Please add Marshall E. Collier, #10531458, as Hettie's first husband. He is my grandfather and is buried at Wayside Cemetery. Thanks so much for your time."
Hettie, who? I have 14 memorials for Hettie's, none for a Hettie Collier. I'm always happy to add links. It's best to email directly from the memorial using the Suggest a Correction option.
|Rebecca Hynum||RE: James Griffin|
Patrick, Thank you for catching my mistake. I should have probably known that the name was Griffing since I have a cousin who has many Griffing ancestors in the area. Unfortunately, when I took pictures of this cemetery, I did not take photos of all the graves, but only the Hynums that were ancestors of my husbands. That was stupid of me. Glenn's relatives had made a written list of all the graves in the cemetery so I did not have a photo to rely on when putting down the information on the list. I'm sure the graves do not say Griffin, but Griffing. However, we go to MS at least once a year and when I am back in that area, I will go back out and get a photo of these two graves as well as any I missed on the first trip so you will have them. I will correct the name now. Also, would you like me to transfer management of these to you since they are your ancestors. Let me know.
