My name is Chris and I have been researching my family since 1998. At that point, I had one grandmother left and realized that we are losing much of our family history since we don't share stories because of all of the other distractions in our modern world. I've only supported Find-A Grave for only a short time but fully support the site's intent!
I grew up in Savannah Georgia but now live in South Carolina. My fathers side of the family is from Cumberland County Pennsylvania and I have been helped by many genealogy volunteers! My moms side of the family is from Anderson South Carolina and across the river in Hart County Georgia.
Addie Reynolds Weathersbee Thank you for the additional information, and for looking for Addie Reynolds Weathersbee as well. I suppose since she passed in 1917, she may not have had a headstone. I'm grateful she even had a death certificate. If I recall correctly, death certificates began in 1915. I traveled to Mount Beulah Baptist cemetery last year and could not find Addie's or Edmond's grave, so your photo addition is a blessing. I was also unable to locate Edmond's parents' graves. Their names were Thomas Weathersbee and Frances Stringfield Weathersbee. They may not have had marked headstones either. I live in Brunswick, GA, but grew up in Aiken & Richmond counties. Again, my sincerest thanks!

Have photos Chris: I have a photo or two of the tombstone for Walter Stuart and Barbara Ella Searight, acquired on a quick trip to the Old Cemetary in Carlisle a couple of years ago. I could send them to you if you like. Walter and Barbara are my great-grandparents.
