I am a genealogy geek too! No surprise there! I love helping others and never mind transferring management of an acct or editing info. If I own an acct or even manage one don't be afraid to ask if you want it. Sometimes I suggest a date addition or something after taking the photo and people will send acct to me to edit even though I am of no relation, so I am always happy to send to a family member to manage.|
***I have recently taken management of a few inactive acct creators accts in order to make edits and links as I photo survey entire cemeteries. I am happy to edit info or transfer to family members. I have not accepted all their accts just select cemeteries as I photo them.
***Please be aware if you are nasty, hateful or mean spirited, I WILL ignore you. I will not ignore pertinent info, just you. Most everyone on here is well intended and only want to help so be the same way or please don't communicate with me. Thanks so much!
Feel free to visit my dad's page Find A Grave Memorial# 43914016 David Scott as he is the reason I got involved with FAG to start with.

Thanks for adding the note of Alabama Burials to his memorial to clarify the misinformation on the stone.

It's not necessary to transfer anything back to me. I'm always willing to do transfers. As I'm getting older and slowing down, I'd prefer they would be under the ownership of a relative when I'm no longer able to maintain them.
Thanks so much for your kind condolences. It has been very hard to lose this grandson, especially through suicide. I doubt my daughter will ever be able to return to work. She is devastated.

I clicked on leave this message, before I deleted the last part of the message sent before this message.
I am caring for a sick family member at their home, and had to stop typing on the last message ,,,, as I was needed right away.
I apologize and please forgive me for content in the last paragraph. My intentions were to remove that before I sent it, but was paniced and forgot it was there before I sent the message off to you before running to help my family member.
Now, here I am with my foot in my mouth and all I can do is to apoligize to you. I'm very sorry.

Since I did not get a reply from you on my Dec. 04, 2013 message I left on you Contributor Page, and found the message deleted yesterday, ...I was completely unaware that you had gotten a request on that.
Also, I would not have known about it otherwise, as her family line (of which I and my Father, who is her Grandson)are in close contact with each other, and we do not have anyone in her direct line who knows (at this time) who made this request of you.
It could have been someone outside her main family line in her cousin line, most likely someone in one of her sibling's lines.
Our family and extended family lines get along very well and deeply enjoy researching and recording our family lines together and have never had any disagreements in the 20 years that we all have shared in researching our famiy together....... I found it very distasteful Maria, that you refered to us (or for that matter would refer to any family) as an extended family of members who would argue with each other over your "extra photos" WITH ONE BEING A PHOTO OF THE HEADSTONE.."WHEN".. A PHOTO OF THE HEADSTONE WAS ALREADY ADDDED TO THE MEMORIAL .
Since you do not know me nor my family nor my extended families......your assuming and printing on my contributor page, what you think our family would do in any given situation is very non-professional and rude.
I still do not need your second photo of her grave marker. Another person had added a photo of her headstone before you did.
Please respect the work of other find a grave volunters who take headstone photos and add them to memorials on find a grave.....don't add a second photo of the headstone (by doing that, you are showing that you don't think their photo is good enough).
Please respect the other family members of the person of whom the memorial is for. Don't hog up all the free room with your photo shots. Leave some free photo space for family members to add photos to

That's ok. glad to have caught it. I did add that info in notes for documentaion and also added date of marriage
|Kitty Walker Lennard||Willie Ingram|
There is a limited amount of information that can be added to the notes section as the notes section is used for information concerning headstone information . I did , however copy and paste this to the notes section . Only a portion shows because of the space provided in this section. I also added that the information on Willie Ingram Family came from research that I did in Library abt 1998 in Family History / Library at Anniston , Calhoun Co., abt 1998 from Kilgroe Funeral home Records , obits. on microfilm and census records on microfilm and St. Clair Co. Marriage Records. What should be added , but I cannot add is her children. I do not own their memorials , nor do I know where they are interred. Her Grand Children or Gr. Grand Children should make an effort to link her children. Everyone who lays claim to memorial should at least know where her child ( their ancestor ) is interred.
|Kitty Walker Lennard||Ingram Transfers|
The problem I have with these transfers is that , I have 3 different people who want theses memorials , but when I go to the memorials , absolutely no children have ever been linked to the Ingram's.
Willie Ingram would be 109 and I would believe that she would have at least 1 deceased child.
I can't transfer them to 3 people ? Until someone links some children to these parents , I am holding off transfer.

Sure send them to me.
