Many thanks to those kind folks who left messages and flowers on my memorial pages - your thoughtfulness is very much appreciated.
FAMOUS BIOS POSTED:
Eleanor Agnes Lee (daughter of General R.E. Lee)
Frederick Nicholls Crouch (Civil War composer)

|Loretta Willits||Frederick Nicholls Crouch|
Professor Crouch did not author "Kathleen Mavourneen" during the Civil War. He authored it in 1838 in England. By the time the Civil War started, it was already world famous and would then be cherished by the North as well as the South.
In the movie "Gettysburg," when the song is sung by an out of sight tenor, General Armistead remenisces that at the start of the war he and other Army officers gathered with their wives in California and that song was played.

Of Course I remember now. The last name was what I needed to remember. I probably still have some of the Christmas cards with pictures with my mom's things. Good to hear from you.
|Carolyn (Kym) Mader||Aunt Betty Felton|
How are you related? She is my grand Aunt. Glad you found her. Thankyou for leaving the flowers.
I did go to school with Kathy Murray. I remember her always smiling like the picture I posted on her memorial page. Not really sure what happened, but she is one of many that have died to soon.
|Bob Hufford||Leila Seeley-Hufford|
Thank you so much for visiting Leila's page. And, great job on the two famous bios. God Bless...
|Ryan Kordziel||Abigail Adams Smith in First Unitarian Church|
The memorial created for her in the church, should be in Hancock Cemetery, which is the name of the cemetery across the road.
|KURT STEELE||Thank You|
|Collins Crapo||Susanna "Suky" Adams|
President John Adams' daughter who died at age 2 is not buried in Central Burying Ground in Boston, as I've just learned in a reply to a grave-pic request I made for her.
