Hello Mary,
Just wanted you to know that I very much appreciated your time and kindness with your suggestions, in correcting my problem. I was finally able to correct the problem, by changing the burial information from Other (including scattered ashes, etc.) to Cemetery burial (buried ashes.) Strange that it was set up in Other originally, for the first memorial in 2011, and was fine until I added the one in February 2013, when they were both lost from the cemetery list! Anyway, the good thing is that it is fixed, and I don't have to start from the beginning, with creating new memorials for them again.
