RE: Burnsed-Near Medina Dam
We do not know the name of my great-grandmother who died while Lee J. Burnsed was working on Medina Dam. It must have been cholera or typhoid fever.
I wish I knew more. Her death was between 1911 to 1913.
I really appreciate your quick response.

Burnsed-Near Medina Dam
Hello Maria,

I have been searching for a grave site for my grandmother's mother for years now. My grandmother (deceased) never knew her mothers first name. She passed away during the time her father was helping with the building of the Medina Dam (1911-1913?). My grandmother said they live in wagons like the stereotype gypsy wagons. She only remembers that a bunch of men burned all of her mothers belongings including the wagon. The children were placed in an orphanage at a Catholic church until her father was finished with the dam. Are you familiar with ANY grave-sites with the last name of BURNSED?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
P.S. I have sent money twice to Austin in search of a death certificate, never have received anything, but they do cash my check each time!

RE: Valerie Anne Torres
I was in Uvalde taking photos of my mother's relatives grave sites. However, I have yet to load all of the pictures and connect them to their respective families.
Got a little side-tracked by a request from my dad's side of the family for some help on a similar, but larger project.
Hope to get back to my original Uvalde project soon.

RE: Valerie Anne Torres
Hi, Maria,
Sorry for the delay in response. I am involved in a huge project for a family cemetery that we have in Bexar County.

Yes, I just checked and I did get Valerie. Thank you so much. I hope to finish my project in Bexar County by start of December so that I can get back to my Uvalde project! The work never seems to end! LOL!

Best Wishes!

RE: Torres gravesites
Hi Maria, Can you transfer the memorials to me then. They are my first cousins once removed. We are updating all of the family plots in order to link the families together. You are listed as the creator of the memorials of Carolina and Valeriano. If I have maintenance, I can do the edits necessary. It would be much appreciated so that we can continue with our project. Thank you so much.
