|As a researcher of my family heritage, I have found many helpful tools. Find a grave is an excellent resource to share family records and the "extra" records I have cataloged in my surname searches. |
I have only a few relatives at Mt. Olivet. I have attempted to present the records in an easily searched venue. Original data in spreadsheet form can be found here (http://lovelylane.net/home/internment-records/). This file has now been updated to include an indication that the grave has a stone or no stone. Check it out.
Anything I post may be used elsewhere but I ask that you properly attribute me as a source.
*****If you are related to the person I created the memorial for, I will transfer the memorial to you, with the exception of a few surnames I have a research interest in. Please use the "Edit", "Suggest a correction" feature.******

Thank you so much for the memorials for Benjamin and Sadie. Paul was the son of my grandfather Jacob Israel's first marriage .. My mother was a daughter from Jacob's second marriage. Please, transfer Sadie's memorial to me.

Benjamin Israel was my uncle. My late mother was Bessie Israel. Could you please transfer ownership to me?

I transcribed the obituary notice into the biography section for MARY ELIZABETH (TAYLOR) PARLETT. Would you mind deleting the obit photo? Thanks.

Hi, The man's name is Richard S. Fitzgerald. He was born in Virginia about 1912 and moved to Baltimore after 1940 and died in Baltimore. I don't know when he died but he is a long lost cousin. His mother, Idora Fitzgerald also moved to Baltimore and she died in the 1970s and I can't find her either. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I don't have access to the archives of the papers in Baltimore.
Thanks again for you quick response,

Hi, I have noticed that many of the names of those buried at Mount Olivet Cemetery in Baltimore do not have dates of birth or death associated with them. Is there a way to get access to that information? I checked the cemetery site but there was only a list of those buried and a date of burial.
Thanks for all your contributions to Find A Grave,
