Bio and Links
Bio Photo I'm a native of Franklin County, Maine, and now live in Piscataquis County. I am working on researching my ancestors in the Hoar, Wright, Spaulding, Marston, Pillsbury & Toothaker lines, as well as my wife's families- Davis & Hammond. I enjoy researching ancestors and linking families through Find A Grave.

I will transfer memorials and make any corrections at your request.

RE: Stilman Rose
I was told he is buried there. The other names you listed are not familiar to me, so I'm not sure if they are family or not. I'd have to do a little more digging.

Jenks Photos
Wayne,

Thank you very much for the very sharp photo of the Jenks marker. I'm trying to find all of the Jenks children; it appears that some moved as far away as California, Texas and Minnesota. It would be great to find other descendants. Thanks again for your help.

Davis Family
I read your info a little closer, seeing that your wife is a 'Davis' descendant. My third great grandfather was Cyrus Davis, reported to have been born at Bristol Maine about 1814. Father was reportedly Nicholas, and Nicholas' wife was reportedly Zilpha (unknown maiden name). No other Davis info from Maine. Cyrus moved to Ohio about 1850. Any connection? thanks

Sorry about putting 'Franklin' down, don't know how i did that. So you think I should be able to find it and walk up to it without trespassing???

Tyler Cemetery - Franklin ME
Do you recall, is this cemetery close to the main road, visible? I am going to be in the area in two weeks and would like to visit if accessible. I am a relative....

Thanks

Thank you for taking time to locate and photograph her stone. I deeply appreciate it. Are you related to the Spaulding/Spaldings of Dover-Foxcroft Maine?

RE: Clemments Cemetery
Thanks for catching the 'misplacement' of Clemments Cemetery, Wayne. Have no idea what happened but have brought the cemetery back onto dry land.

Headstone photo of Alvan Chandler and wife the other of his wife Mary Bullen Chandler
Thank you Wayne for taking the Alvan Chandler "photo by Wayne" photo of not only the headstones of Alvan Chandler but also the picture of the headstone of Alvan Chandler's wife, Mary Bullen Chandler, daughter of Jessie Bullen and Sarah "Sally" Lovell Bullen. Please let me know if I can use those headstone photos in my private ancestry.com tree and of course I will note that you took the pics--------I totally appreciate that you were able to verify, with your pictures, the records I added to both Alvan Chandler and his wife, Mary Bullen............Thank you once again! RE: Swifts @ Farmington's Center Meeting Cemetery/Center Burying Ground
Thank you very much for checking Wayne. If you get back there again, could you please check for Clarissa SN Swift "daughter of Josiah & M C Swift" She died at age 5, and is apparently buried in the Cony Family Plot (Hartson & Martha Cony).
